In the article I wrote regarding witches hexing Trump, I talked about them believing that the evil spirits they summon are strong enough to fight back against what God does. Here, we’ll talk more in-depth about how ridiculous it sounds and about people that literally follow the Ultimate Loser: Satan.
You see, Satanists are people who believe in and worship the devil, presumably because they think they’ll have a better life here on earth. As bad as atheists and liberals are in general, there will never be anyone worse than a Satanist. Atheists at least don’t believe the Bible to be true – meaning they don’t believe in God nor do they believe in Satan. Satanists, just based on the fact that they worship Satan, MUST believe the Bible to be true to a certain extent. If they believe in Satan they MUST believe in God. Oddly enough, they might believe that Jesus is the Son of God, but they utterly despise Him.
Now, I ask you this:
Does it make sense to believe that there is a Satan but not believe that he will be destroyed in the prophecy of the Book of Revelation?
It’s like partially believing the whole truth. Actually, it’s exactly that. What sense does it make to believe there to be a Prince of Darkness whose origin is in the Bible, and not believe that his fate is one of complete and utter doom? Do they believe that somehow Satan has the power to avoid that? That if he can build an army of devils that he can fight back against God? Do they not know just who created this fallen angel? If they believe Satan exists, wouldn’t they also believe in the God who created him?
In today’s pop culture, particularly video games, sometimes you’ll see a story similar to Frankenstein in which the main character is created by some scientist and ultimately defeats or kills the person that created him. The backstory of the DC supervillain Doomsday comes to mind. If you don’t know his backstory, I’ll try to summarize it. Basically, Doomsday was created and killed over and over again to adopt and evolve into the ultimate killing machine, but eventually ended up killing the scientist that “created” him to be the monster he was. Here, the creation killed the creator. The difference here is that God wasn’t some random scientist when He created Satan. Satan literally can never have enough power to fight God. God is God. He can never be defeated. He literally tells us what happens to His ultimate opponent.
So you see, it makes absolutely no sense for anyone to worship Satan. You can believe he exists - I certainly do. But I most certainly do not worship him. I know what happens to him in the end… and so does he. He knows the future that awaits him. He knows he has no future. He knows he can’t and won’t win against God. But he’s trying to drag as many people down with him as he can. You know the saying ‘If I’m going down, you’re going down with me’? You know, the one they sometimes use in movies? Yeah, that’s basically Satan right there. He’s certainly going down and wants to bring you down with him.
And these Satanists are certainly going down with him. They might believe they will rule Hell alongside Satan. They might believe they will help defeat God. But all they’re getting is the same thing anyone who isn’t saved will: eternal punishment. We’re all deserving of this punishment, but likely none are more deserving than the very people that follow the Ultimate Loser.
“When the thousand years are complete, Satan will be released from his prison, and will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to assemble them for battle. Their number is like the sand of the seashore. And they marched across the broad expanse of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city. But fire came down from heaven and consumed them. And the devil who had deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur, into which the beast and the false prophet had already been thrown. There they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.”
