Despicable: Harvard Faculty Retained Contact With Epstein Even After Sex Assault Convictions5/5/2020 Whenever I discuss the educational graveyards that are American universities and colleges, I tend to focus on the Marxist indoctrination centers that they are and how they are (further) destroying children’s minds by pumping them full of communist nonsense. However, this time around, I will discuss a different aspect of higher education, specifically concerning just how abhorrent some of the people in it can be. Now, when I say this, I am not making a blanket statement covering the entirety of academia and everyone involved in it. Of course, there are exceptions, and there are good people, I imagine, even in Harvard’s faculty (few and far between as they might be). However, let us not discount the particularly bad apples that make such places even worse than we already perceive them to be. One such bad apple is Professor Martin Nowak, who maintained contact with notorious convicted sexual offender Jeffrey Epstein even AFTER the convictions occurred. According to an investigative report from Harvard University itself (so take the information they choose to provide with a grain of salt, as they could be hiding more), the university was involved with Jeffrey Epstein for roughly 25 years, usually with the former sexual predator (I only say that because he’s dead now, not because he reformed himself) making large donations to various departments within the school. After Epstein “killed himself” in August of 2019 (which feels like such a long time ago now), Harvard University began an investigation into its own ties to Epstein and they released the report of their findings on May 1st of 2020. According to the report, Harvard’s then-President Drew Faust had cut ties and donations between Epstein and the university once Epstein had been charged with sex crimes in 2008. However, from 2010-2014, some members of Harvard’s faculty requested reconsideration to resume receiving donations from Epstein, though this request was denied by the then-Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences Michael D. Smith. Regardless of this cut in ties between Epstein and the university, Professor Martin Nowak received $7.5 million in donations from Epstein. Nowak was the director of PED, the Program for Evolutionary Dynamics, which is a program Epstein had donated a sum of $6.5 million in 2003. Another professor, Professor George Church, who works at Harvard Medical School, received $2 million from Epstein’s connections. But it gets worse. Not only did Nowak receive donations from the sexual predator, but the report also found that Nowak had given Epstein proximity keycards and office access before 2017. After 2017, Harvard changed their system to require card readers instead of proximity cards and Nowak’s Chief Administration Officer requested “unassigned access cards for our short term visitors.” According to the report: “The CAO sent two of the temporary visitor cards by Federal Express to an assistant of Epstein, letting the assistant know that the access system had changed, and that she should destroy Epstein’s old cards. The CAO told Professor Nowak what she had done, informing him that she had ‘sent these two cards… to [Epstein’s assistant] because [it was] easier than arranging a temporary [identification] Card which would have to be annually renewed and Jeffrey would have to go get [a] photo taken.’” So Nowak gave Epstein (note that the CAO called Epstein by his first name, as though there were chums) full access to his own office at Harvard University with few, if any, restrictions at all. In fact, the CAO went out of his/her way to tell Epstein’s assistant of the change and sent him two temporary visitor cards, showing that it was not only Nowak who was involved with this but also the CAO. Throughout the period between 2010 and 2018, Epstein “likely” visited Nowak a total of 40 times in Cambridge, Massachusetts “with 20-year-old women who ‘acted as his assistants,’” according to Campus Reform (and this basically tells us why the CAO sent two cards, not just one. He or she was fully expecting Epstein to be accompanied by an “assistant”). Epstein “typically used the visits to meet with professors from Harvard and other institutions to hear about their work,” according to the report. These meetings ceased once the university began to receive complaints about Epstein. Following these revelations, Nowak was placed on “paid administrative leave” for possible violations of “FAS policies and standards of professional conduct.” Suffice to say that the punishment should be considerably more, at least if it is found that Nowak participated in sexual crimes with Epstein. I mean, Campus Reform, taking it from the report, noted how Epstein visited Nowak a likely total number of 40 times, each seemingly with 20-year-old women who were “acting” as Epstein’s assistants. It doesn’t take much imagination to picture exactly what those women were there to do, and considering the sex trafficking ring that we KNOW Epstein was a part of, you would think Nowak ought to receive a worse punishment than what is essentially a slap on the wrist. I mean, the guy is GETTING PAID to not work now despite the fact that he may have been involved in at least a small way with Epstein’s sex ring (if only as a “customer”). Getting paid administrative leave is really not much of a punishment at all. I can think of about 30 million people right now who would far prefer to be on paid administrative leaves. I can also only imagine what exactly those two were discussing. The report says that Epstein usually used the visits to “hear about their work”, but considering who was also present at these meetings, I can only imagine what other things they were discussing. I mean, did Nowak “scout” girls in Harvard itself? Was he involved with any female students? Did he try to “recruit” them for Epstein? I don’t know, but it’s not a massive leap in logic that Epstein went there for such a task. Surely, he had to get something out of these meetings. He surely wasn’t going there out of a favor for a friend and nothing else. Harvard is a place chockfull of young women, around the age that Epstein tends to like (maybe a bit older because the guy was an absolutely sick and depraved man). What exactly entailed these meetings? What happened during them? What was discussed? Unfortunately, we don’t know (and likely because Harvard is keeping such information, if they have it, so as to not make themselves look worse. This is their OWN report after all, which is not too different from China’s own report about how they did during the coronavirus). But regardless of the possibilities that are attached to a meeting like this, there is no doubt that this only further stains Harvard University, if not academia as a whole. Granted, the university itself officially cut ties, but there were still some connections lurking within and these connections would have continued if Epstein had not been ultimately arrested and “taken his own life”. So these connections between the university itself and Epstein didn’t stop because the university was good but because it would mar their reputation (whatever they have left of it) to continue such an official connection with Epstein. Even still, some in their faculty maintained their connections to the sexual predator AFTER the convictions were made. Regardless of how you put it, it definitely makes the university look worse and this is just from what the university ALLOWS US TO KNOW. Again, this is their own report and they can put in and take out basically whatever they want. I can’t imagine what they could be hiding that they chose not to put into the report. In any case, I hope that, if worse things than what is being described in the report happened (particularly with those “assistants” of Epstein’s), I hope that the truth is revealed sooner rather than later and the people involved in this sex trafficking ring get exposed and punished for it. What we are witnessing is nothing short of modern-day slavery in the U.S. and this cannot go uninhibited and unpunished. Colossians 3:5 “Put to death therefore what is earthly in you: sexual immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry.”
