We all know Obama isn’t going anywhere after he leaves office. We know he’s working on plans to hold on to his power. And we know, like all megalomaniacs, his ultimate goal is to EXPAND his power. While Hillary is considering to run for New York City mayor – the usual female approach to try a lower level position after failing at a higher level position (this is an observation, by the way. I’m a woman and I’ve observed women chicken out like this multiple times) – Obama may very well be thinking about the UN. Israel National News recently reported that Obama wants to be appointed Secretary General of the United Nations – however, the rumor hasn’t been confirmed. Regardless, we know Obama aims high. Let’s not forget this guy had only been 2 years in Washington before he decided to run for President in 2007. As ‘far-fetched’ as this move may have seemed at the time, one thing is for sure – the guy has the WILL to grow his power. He’s done this before. He was a rookie in 2008 and this rookie beat Hillary back then and this rookie may very well get away with the UN position as well. While we wait for the near-term future of Obama to unfold (we all know where he’s headed long term, right? Hell? At least for now until he REPENTS?), let me give you three signs why this UN business might actually be his plan. Sign #1 – the backstabbing of Israel. If the rumors are true, they do explain the backstabbing of Israel a few weeks back. Quid pro Quo, as they say. By allowing Israel and America’s enemies in the UN to punish Israel, Obama may have secured the support he needs to become the next UN Secretary General. Sign #2 – Obama’s recent criticism of the Clinton Campaign Obama’s interest in the UN may very well explain his criticism of Hillary’s campaign, when he said he would have won had he run for a third term. His throwing Hillary under the bus is an indication he’s ready to position himself at a different, much higher level than her. And it doesn’t help Hillary the fact she’s considering to run for NYC Mayor or for the Girl Scout Lead position. While she’s lowering herself, Obama is rising himself up. Sign #3 – Obama’s ZERO attempt to delegitimize Trump’s win You may have noticed how Obama is keeping himself relatively quiet about the so-called Russian meddling with the US election. While you see Hillary, Hollywood and the leftist media melting down and trying to delegitimize the election and prevent Donald Trump from taking office, Obama isn’t pushing nearly as hard about delegitimizing Trump. At no point has Obama suggested that the election was indeed influenced by Russia and therefore Trump is ‘not my president’. If Obama is truly looking at the long term in the UN, he won’t waste his time trying to get Hillary to feel better about her massive failure in the presidential election. He doesn’t have time for her. He must move fast and let her bury herself in whatever entry level position she may find in NYC or Walmart. Now, Judas-Obama here is looking out for himself. Much like he did everything he could to beat Hillary in 2008, he’ll do whatever he must to take his power to the next level. Hillary is no longer a problem, particularly when she’s being so stupid about her own political career. The question is: will Obama succeed? We shall see. But it’d be ideal if Trump defunds the UN during his presidency. Debilitating the UN is KEY to our National Security. The UN is nothing but a bunch of megalomaniacs looking to impose a global government, of which, of course, they’ll be in charge. It’s the place were communists and Islamists rule. Take the funds out, and see how big a world they can handle…at least, until they’re judged by our Lord Jesus Christ Romans 2:12 All who sin apart from the law will also perish apart from the law, and all who sin under the law will be judged by the law.

The latest Obama Administration embarrassment – the UN condemnation of our ally Israel – has revitalized old ideas for America to leave the United Nations. This wouldn’t be the first time, though. Back in 2015 Congressman Mike Rogers (R-AL) together with other members of Congress introduced the American Sovereignty Restoration Act – an attempt to repeal the United Nations Participation Act of 1945. This move would have pulled the U.S. out of the UN. But should the US leave the UN? You see, this is a decision about what company we keep. Should America associate with an organization that places Saudi Arabia as the head of its Human Rights council? What does this say about the UN? Can you trust oppressive regimes like Saudi Arabia to watch over YOUR human rights? Isn’t the UN siding with the oppressors in doing so? Isn’t the UN an oppressor? What does our association with the UN say about America? The UN is far from being a democratic, righteous organization, and we need to pick our friends wisely. The UN is not our friend The UN isn’t even doing its main job – to prevent wars. How many wars has the UN prevented? NONE! It’s interesting because what we face now is a critical decision – the kind that Jehoshaphat, king of Judah, had to make. This is an interesting story and you should pay close attention – it contains helpful instructions to all of us as to how to make wise decisions and who to associate ourselves with. 2 Chronicles tells us how Jehoshaphat, a good king, chose to associate himself with King Ahab, a wicked ruler in the North. Israel was divided into two at the time. We could say America is in Jehoshaphat’s position and the UN would be Ahab. Jehoshaphat was being threatened – his kingdom was in jeopardy. So he decided to join forces with a strong ally, Ahab. Together, he thought, they would be able to protect their land from Syria, which was trying to conquer both kingdoms. But Ahab was an ungodly man, married to an evil woman – Jezebel. His evil daughter Athaliah married Jehoshaphat’s son, and slaughtered almost all of the Davidic line. His evil son Ahaziah was a business partner of Jehoshaphat’s – but Ahaziah betrayed him. King Ahab and Queen Jezebel were idolaters who persecuted and killed Jews. Why in the world would a godly man like Jehoshaphat want to partner up with a murderer like Ahab? Because Jehoshaphat wanted to unite Israel and because he feared for his nation’s survival. He meant well, but he made a huge mistake. The fundamental question here is: should America partner up with evil, oppressive organizations and countries? Or should we trust God to deliver us and partner up only with good, trustworthy, godly nations? The story of Jehoshaphat gives you the answer. Keep reading. King Ahab had an agenda – he knew that Jehoshaphat was more powerful than him. This partnership would help Ahab defeat Syria and recapture Ramoth-Gilead, one of the cities of refuge ordained by God, which was now in the hands of Syria. Ahab was not very interested in God – he was a pagan – but he was interested in expansion. He knew he couldn’t expand without Jehoshaphat. So one day, he proposed Jehoshaphat to attack the city together. Jehoshaphat wasn’t sure, so he asked to consult with prophets. Four hundred of them, all Ahab yes-men, agreed it was a good plan. But there was one prophet, Micaiah, who disagreed. Micaiah predicted that Ahab would lose if he decided to attack. 2 Chronicles 18:22 says ‘Now therefore behold, the LORD has put a lying spirit in the mouths of these your prophets. The LORD has declared disaster concerning you’. In other words, the 400 prophets were lying, but Micaiah wasn't…and he knew disaster was coming. And oh boy, what a disaster it was! Ahab tricked Jehoshaphat to show up to battle in his royal robes, while he disguised himself as a regular warrior. Ahab wanted Jehoshaphat to die in this battle. The king of Syria had ordered his men to kill the King of Israel, and when they saw Jehoshaphat they went after him. However, God drew them away and in an accidental blow (did I say ‘accidental’?), they hit Ahab, who died later that day. This story tells you how dangerous it is to associate yourself with the wrong people. There are many ways to apply this story – from your personal relationships, to your job. But it’s also applicable in the US - UN questionable partnership. The UN is not in the business of keeping peace – it’s in the business of expanding and ruling the world. Just like Ahab wanted to expand, so does the UN. In the process, you and I lose liberties. They’re up to no good. I think it’s time for America to separate the wheat from the chaff. To the extent that we eliminate poisonous relationships, God will bring us new and better ones. We don’t need the UN. We need God. 2 Chronicles 20:12 O our God, will you not execute judgment on them? For we are powerless against this great horde that is coming against us. We do not know what to do, but our eyes are on you. |
