Trump’s Tax Plan Is So Good It Even Helps A FICTIONAL Family

3/8/2018

Recently, the New York Times tried to further drive the narrative that Trump’s tax plan means higher taxes for middle-class families. But instead of, I dunno, actually FINDING a couple who is suffering under Trump’s tax plan, they had to CREATE A FICTIONAL FAMILY that would suffer from it. But there’s one big problem: even Mr. and Mrs. Fake News (not the actual name. You’ll see what they actually named them) receive a tax cut thanks to the new tax plan.

“Thanks to lower rates and a doubled standard deduction, 2018 taxes will fall for many people. But that won’t be true for quite a few others, like this hypothetical couple in suburban New York, Samuel and Felicity Taxpayer.”

They’re literally saying the tax plan will help many people except for this fake couple. I honestly wish I had the imagination that the Left has sometimes. I might be able to write very imaginative fiction books and make tons of money.

The Wall Street Journal explains that this fake couple had two children and an elderly parent living at home. Felicity is an employee of a design firm and Samuel is an engineering consultant who make a combined $183,911. The New York Times claims that their tax bill, under the new law, would increase by nearly $4,000.

The problem is that they utterly screwed up the math. The NYT eventually corrected the article, saying: “An earlier version of this article incorrectly described the probable effect of the new tax law on a hypothetical couple’s 2018 tax bill. The TurboTax ‘What-If Worksheet’ that generated the projection for their 2018 taxes failed to indicate that the couple would probably be entitled to claim a sizeable deduction for income earned from consulting. As a result of that deduction, the amount they would likely owe on taxes would decline by $43, not rise by $3,896.”

So even the hypothetical couple DESIGNED to illustrate how bad this tax plan is gets a tax cut rather than a tax hike. Can the Left do anything right?

But don’t worry, it gets even worse. According to the Daily Wire, the WSJ reports: “liberal economist Daniel Hemel asked why TurboTax should be blamed when Samuel and Felicity should have claimed ‘nonrefundable dependent credits of $500 for their children Luke & Heidi and their parent Sydney, for additional tax savings of $1,500 under the new law.'”

In other words, they don’t just get that consulting deduction, but they also get deductions for their children and their elderly parent living with them, resulting in even more tax savings under the new tax law.

So Mr. and Mrs. Taxpayer are actually a good deal off thanks to Trump’s tax plan.

Now, I would like to create a hypothetical person of my own. Not a couple or a family, but a single hypothetical individual. This individual is the typical New York Times reader, CNN and MSNBC audience member and pawn of the Democrat Party. His name shall be: Hugh G. Diot.

Mr. Diot has just read this NYT article. He’s enraged that Trump’s tax bill takes advantage of this hypothetical couple. Mr. Diot has believed everything the Democrats have been saying in reference to everything relating to Trump’s administration, including the seriousness of this “apocalyptic” bill. Despite the fact that the world has not actually ended and that he himself has seen a decent break in his taxes, as well as a $1,000 bonus from his employer company, he still can’t help but feel this tax plan is not good.

Mr. Diot goes on social media, shares the NYT article, and asks the question: “How many of you have also suffered from this piece of crap bill?” (He would likely say something nastier than “piece of crap” but I don’t want to say worse swear words than that). Upon seeing that not one of his social media buddies has seen a tax hike, he begins to ponder: “I don’t understand. This is TRUMP’S tax bill. How could anyone not be suffering from it? How could I not be suffering from it? I must simply be some sort of exception. There must be someone out there who’s suffering from it and I’m just not asking the right people.”

Mr. Diot then goes on Leftist sites and forums to confirm his misguided beliefs, but also sees that no one is really talking about the tax bill having made things worse for themselves individually. Mr. Diot then looks for further confirmation of his beliefs in the ever-lunatic “Occupy Democrats” Facebook group and begins to read even more lies about the tax plan.

Mr. Diot is satisfied with the lies since they befit his views and calls it a day.

I might’ve run that joke for a bit too long, but still. For the New York Times to be FORCED to create a couple who would suffer from the tax plan and STILL be helped by it is truly amusing. They can’t even FABRICATE the b.s. they spew.

But is that going to get them to rethink their stance on this tax bill? Of course not. It’s Trump’s and the GOP’s, after all. There’s no way for anything they come up with to actually be helpful to people. People benefit from being lied to about their taxes. They benefit from being milked like cows and told they’re fine. They benefit from being forced to pay for things they absolutely don’t need and most don’t even want.

No evidence will deter them from thinking otherwise, as Mr. Diot shows.

Wanna Laugh? Here Are Some Ridiculous Claims The Left Has Made About The Tax Bill

12/21/2017

Picture

If you remember, yesterday I shared with you something House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said about the tax bill. That it will be the actual end of the world if the bill passes. Meanwhile, I’m still waiting for everyone to die because of the Net Neutrality repeal.

But she’s not the only hysterical liberal to have said something outrageous or funny about the bill.

The Daily Wire published a story detailing 6 outrageous responses from the Left. The article is titled: “The Top 5 Most Absurd Responses To The GOP’s $1.5 Trillion Tax Cut”. It says top 5, but they include an honorable mention so it’s really 6 absurd responses.

One of them is the “Armageddon” quote I shared with you yesterday. But funny enough, that wasn’t the last dumb thing Pelosi said about the bill. Aside from marking the end of the world, the bill also “does violence to the vision of our Founders.”

In a speech on the House floor on Tuesday, Pelosi said the following statement: “This GOP tax scam is simply theft, monumental, brazen theft from the American middle class and from every person who aspires to reach it. The GOP tax scam is not a vote for an investment in growth or jobs. It is a vote to install a permanent plutocracy in our nation. They’ll be cheering that later. It does violence to the vision of our Founders. It disrespects the sacrifice of our men and women in uniform, who are a large part of our middle class and to whom we owe a future worthy of their sacrifice. And it betrays the future and betrays the aspirations of our children. It demands, it morally demands a no vote from every member of this house of the people.”

I just love it when the Left just hands me the ammo to tear them down. Let’s start with the beginning. Since when is a tax CUT a scam that will hurt the middle class? Since when is a benefit a liability? That’s rather illogical thinking.

Then, she says it’s “not a vote for an investment in growth or jobs.” And this is precisely why I call the Left serial liars. Those are some of the very things this bill is FOR. It will lower taxes on businesses which will create jobs and help grow the economy.

“A vote to install a permanent plutocracy.” Says the career-politician with a $30 million net worth.

“Violence to the vision of our Founders.” No, multiple calls for gun control is violence to the vision of our Founders. Funding an organization with the sole purpose of ending one of the basic, inalienable rights of unborn children is violence to the vision of our Founders. The unrelenting drive to increase the size and scope of the government is violence to the vision of our Founders. THE ENTIRE LEFT IS VIOLENCE TO THE VISION OF OUR FOUNDERS!

“Disrespects the sacrifice of our men and women in uniform, who are a large part of our middle class and to whom we owe a future worthy of their sacrifice.” And that’s why I think members of Congress should get a pay cut to give to the brave men and women in uniform who make around $20,000 a year provided they have the experience and appropriate rank. Like I said, this is a bill that will help the middle class. This is a bill that will help our soldiers too.

“Betrays the future and betrays the aspirations of our children.” No, an abortionist betrays the future and aspirations of our children. Pro-choice Democrats betray the future and aspirations of our children.

I think I’ve said enough about her brainless claims. Let’s move on.

Next: “Protesters chant ‘Don’t kill us!’”, according to the Daily Wire.

“The Daily Mail highlighted the moment: ‘A wave of protesters provided one of the biggest bursts of emotion. One small group yelled out ‘Kill the bill, don’t kill us!’ as the final vote was being taken.” To which Vice President Mike Pence was forced to call for order.

Again, I thought repealing Net Neutrality was going to kill us. I thought pushing back against North Korea’s threats was going to kill us. I thought electing Trump was going to kill us. Either we’re all cats and have 9 lives or they’re lying.

Then, and one of my personal favorites: “Rosie O’Donnell offers $2 million bribe to Senators, violates federal law.”

What was it that Pelosi said about establishing a plutocracy? You see, this is my favorite for a few reasons. First, it’s a clear violation of the law, specifically Title 18 Section 201 of the United States Code, which, according to USLegal.com, means: “Whoever directly or indirectly, corruptly gives, offers or promises anything of value to any public official with intent to influence that person’s official act will be fined for the offence of the bribery. The punishment prescribed by the statute is a fine of an amount not more than three times the monetary equivalent of the thing of value, or imprisonment for not more than fifteen years, or both.”

In other words, should the federal government choose to investigate O’Donnell, she just might be screwed.

But there’s another reason this one is my favorite. Aside from the obvious law violation and clear hypocrisy that defines a Leftist, she crudely responded to Ben Shapiro’s tweet about Trump being “carved into Mount Rushmore by Friday” if he investigates Rosie with: “suck my d**k ben.” To which Ben Shapiro answered with: “You’re already a felon, Rosie. Don’t be a homophobic sexual harasser too.”

So she’s in jeopardy of prison time AND is destroyed by a conservative on Twitter. And that, my friend, is why this was my favorite.

Alas, we move on: “Chuck Schumer prophesies dark, dark days ahead and Republicans plagued by regret.”

Schumer said: “Republicans will rue the day that they pass this tax bill because it’s so unfair to the middle class. It blows a hole in our deficit, it so threatens Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid. They will rue the day.”

Yeah, just like they rued the day a similar bill was passed 30 years ago during the Reagan administration. I’m trembling.

Finally: “Democrats spread news so fake even The Washington Post calls foul.”

You really have to be Pinocchio himself to warrant a Left-leaning news organization to call out your lies. That’s precisely what happened to a rising star in the Democrat Party and potential 2020 presidential candidate hopeful Sen. Kamala Harris. Harris claimed on Twitter that: “On average, middle class families earning less than $86,000 would see a tax increase under the Republican ‘tax reform’ plan”.

However, the Post reports that: “Only a small percentage (6.5%) of the nearly 122 million households in the bottom three quintiles will actually face a tax increase. Meanwhile, more than 97 million (80%) will receive a tax cut.”

According to the Daily Wire, she was eventually forced to delete the tweet.

I’ve said this before, but the Left can be rather funny at times. Despite the fact that they lie through their teeth, their lies sometimes are comedy gold that you can’t help but to laugh out loud at.

One other thing to mention: I’ve seen multiple Leftists say that this tax bill will cost the GOP the 2018 midterm elections.

If that’s the case, how come Democrats aren’t supporting the bill? If passing it will ensure Republican defeat in a year, why in the world would Democrats try to stop it from passing? Believe me, it’s not out of “fairness” or “out of the kindness of their own hearts.”

They fear that passing this bill might be something that will SAVE the GOP in 2018. No, I’m not so naïve as to not realize what the GOP is doing here. Throughout 2017, Republicans have been rather uncooperative and very challenging to the MAGA agenda. Tax reform could’ve been something that was taken care of in the summer and Obamacare could’ve been repealed and replaced early in the year.

This sudden cooperation is not to help Trump get a legislative win. It’s so that they can keep their jobs next year. It’s pure survival instinct. If they are always challenging and fighting Trump, they won’t keep their jobs in 2018. And even though they’d be ok with seeing Democrats taking back control of Congress and either working to impeach Trump or altogether stop the MAGA movement, they’re not entirely dumb.

They want to keep their jobs not in order to help Trump but so that they can continue to make money in a position of power.

But even though I’m being rather cynical, truth is I’d rather have cowardly Establishment Republicans that won’t threaten Trump’s presidency over hateful, bigoted Establishment Democrats who hunger to get rid of Trump and destroy America.

But that’s all to be further discussed in later articles. For now, I’ll enjoy the victory over the Left and enjoy the coming tax cuts for the majority of Americans.

Do People Like The GOP Tax Bill?

12/20/2017

Before we begin, let me share some rather hysterical news with you about the Left’s push to defeat the tax bill.

Theamericanwarrior.com published a story titled: “Pelosi bails on tax cut protest after only handful of activists show up”.

It reads: “A handful of folks are really steamed that Republican lawmakers are planning to lower taxes, and they gathered in [a] tiny conference room on Capitol Hill where House Minority Speaker Nancy Pelosi was slated to speak Monday. But the demonstration was so weak, MSNBC reports, Pelosi didn’t even bother to show up.”

“’These protests have never been like what we saw with the healthcare law,’ an MSNBC reported said as a camera man panned the crowd of a couple dozen mulled about in self-scheduling conference room 2456.”

Looking at the video showing the pathetically small crowd, I can’t help but to think back to some of Hillary Clinton’s rallies where an embarrassingly small amount of people actually bothered to show up.

The MSNBC reporter may have said that these kind of protests are never quite like the healthcare law ones, but even he should admit that this is pathetic. This kind of protest may not be as passionate as the ones for healthcare law, but if Pelosi didn’t even bother to show up, it just tells you how pathetic that protest was.

And what makes it more hilarious is the apocalyptic tone Pelosi used last week when talking about the tax bill. At a Capitol Hill press conference, Pelosi was asked the following question by a reporter: “Minority leader, at this news conference and on the floor you, Democrats talk about this bill often in very apocalyptic terms, but isn’t really what’s going on that many people are getting a very modest tax cut, and some people are getting a tax increase, while a lot of this is also going to business but it’s not the end of the world?”

To which Pelosi responded with: “No, it is the end of the world. This, healthcare, the debate on healthcare is life-death. This is Armageddon. This is a very big deal. Because you know why? There’s really a very hard way to come back from this. They take us farther, more deeply into debt. What can you do but raise taxes?”

Boy, there’s a lot to cover here just from that quote. Let’s start from the beginning.

I just love whenever the Left makes apocalyptic claims about things Trump and/or Republicans do. It just goes to show just how scared they are of this bill passing and how necessary it is to pass it. They wouldn’t be saying that if they didn’t have much to lose. And what’s one of the bigger things they lose? That’s what brings us to the next part.

Pelosi mentions healthcare. That the debate on healthcare is life-death. Why does she mention it? Because part of the tax bill eliminates the Obamacare mandate that essentially forces people to buy healthcare or pay a fine.

Eliminating the mandate will almost certainly mark the beginning of the end of Obamacare unless the mandate is restored. And that’s precisely why the Left is so deathly afraid of the bill. It further destroys Obama’s legacy.

Moving on to the last part of her response, she mentions debt. That this bill will take us farther into debt. I find it rather funny that after 8 years of Obama, this is the moment that she chooses to have any sort of "concern" for the national debt.

The Congressional Budget Office estimated the tax bill would add $1.7 trillion to national debt over the next decade. But, according to Breitbart: “The CBO’s estimates, however, do not account for any additional economic growth that could arise from tax reform”. In that decade, the government could make more money with a stronger economy and that additional $1.7 trillion would be insignificant if not effectively cancelled out.

Now, I’ve been talking about how Pelosi was presumably so embarrassed by the small crowd of protesters that she decided against attending the event, but I haven’t quite talked about if people really like the bill. Well, that’s where the Fake News media comes in.

According to CNBC: “Nearly half of Americans oppose GOP tax bill ahead of final votes, poll says”.

Ah, yes. The holy polls have shown us the way the American people think once again and they have never been wrong in the past. According to a poll ran by Monmouth University, 47% of people surveyed said they disapprove of the bill, with 26% of them saying they approve, 19% having no opinion on it and 8% saying they want to wait to draw a conclusion until they saw a final bill.

Another poll run by, funny enough, CNBC’s All-American Economic Survey said that 70% of people “believe their taxes in the next couple of years will either stay the same or increase.” Well either 70% of the people surveyed are massive idiots or these people are lying about how many people believe this garbage.

I believe most people understand the Left’s efforts to undermine Trump and everything (good) Republicans do. Over the last couple of years, these news sources have made a name for themselves for being highly untrustworthy, so why would I take anything they say to heart?

And most people, I believe, agree with me on that – as well they should. The media and the whole of the Left make baseless claims that this tax plan will serve to help the rich get richer and will increase middle-income Americans’ taxes when that’s not at all the case.

I’ve said before that this tax bill will help middle-income Americans a good deal and that businesses will be helped out a ton. Helping businesses this way will help to strengthen the economy, create more jobs and benefit just about everyone regardless of class. But the Left doesn’t want you to know that.

The Left wants you to believe this tax cut will be the end of the world, as Pelosi described it, and that only they are able to be fair when it comes to taxes even though it’s been their plans and bills that put the country in the mess it was and still somewhat is.

Not once did Obama’s GDP grow by 3% in a single quarter. Trump’s did multiple times in CONSECUTIVE quarters. This tax bill will only help the economy get stronger and will lift the tyrannical Obamacare mandate off people’s shoulders.

Do I think most people like the tax bill? Given the information we have, there’s little reason not to. Now, I won’t claim to speak for the whole country, unlike the Left, when I say that. But I do also think that most people no longer trust the media. And that distrust goes a long way for helping Make America Great Again.

While I won’t claim that most people do like the tax bill, I will logically assume that most people don’t believe the garbage the MSM spews about it and will draw their own conclusions about the tax bill without the influence of serial liars.

“Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on His law he meditates day and night.”

Republican Senator Finally Pushes Back Against Classic Democrat Smear Tactic

11/20/2017

Picture

When Donald Trump was elected, there were a good few of us hoping that, with the help of Republican Congressmen and women, we’d be able to Make America Great Again. This past year has been a demonstration of just how much the Republican Establishment is against the American people and just how much they’d rather maintain their status quo of submitting to the Democrats rather than working hard to beat them.

But one Republican Senator has shown that he’s tired of the constant attacks by the Left. He’s tired of the constant smear campaign the Left runs and the constant deceitful tactics they employ. Tactics such as, specifically, “Republicans only want to help the rich, not everyone else.”

That Republican Senator is Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah). According to RealClearPolitics, Hatch “admonished Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) for accusing Republicans of writing the tax bill ‘for the rich’ at a late night hearing on amendments and markups.”

Brown said to Hatch: “With all due respect, I get sick and tired of the rich getting richer.”

Hatch responded with: “I come from the poor people, and I have been here working my whole stinkin’ career for people who don’t have a chance, and I really resent anybody that says I’m doing it for the rich. Give me a break. I think you guys overplay all the time, and it gets old. And frankly, you ought to quit it.”

Mighty powerful stuff from an elected Republican Senator. But he’s not done. He continued with: “What you said was not right (referring to Brown’s claim that the tax cut will benefit the rich). I come from the lower-middle class, originally. We didn’t have anything. So don’t spew that stuff on me. I get a little tired of that crap. Let me just say something. If we worked together, we could pull this country out of every mess it is in. We could do a lot of the things that you are talking about, too. I think I have had a reputation for working together. I like you very much personally, but this bullcrap that you guys throw out here really gets old after a while. And then to do it right at the end of this is just not right.”

Bravo! Way to stand up to the Democrats! And for once, I don’t mean this sarcastically!

Do you have any idea how long people have been hoping Republicans in Congress would do something like this? Putting Democrat liars in their place? Pushing back against the false notion that Republicans’ only intentions are to help the rich get richer?

What Brown said was entirely wrong. The bill doesn’t help the rich all that much. It helps to a certain extent, but they’ll still be paying almost all of the tax revenue the federal government receives. And yet, the Left makes it their mission to deceive the public into believing every single Republican effort when it comes to taxes will benefit the rich and only the rich.

In reality, the Democrat Party has been the most Wall-Street-friendly party in politics. On the outside, they claim that rich people should pay “their fair share”, but ensure that their friends get tax breaks or the ability to avoid paying taxes.

When was the last time Al Sharpton paid taxes? He’s been a tax evader for many many years now, but he’s still not just walking free, but also out in public claiming every white person is racist just because they’re white and that black people are always the victims of police brutality. That criminals who end up getting shot are sweet angels helping their communities.

But returning to taxes, we conservatives have had to endure a relentless assault coming from the Left without seeing much Republican push-back. Hey, forget taxes, THAT HAPPENS WITH ALMOST EVERY ISSUE!

The Democrats lie about an issue and Republicans make no noticeable effort to push back against their outrageous claims. On some issues, the GOP even SIDES with the Democrats. Take Roy Moore, for example. He’s been accused of things that haven’t been proven, but the Republicans were the first to demand he quit the race and resign should he win (even planning on expelling him from Senate).

Now take Al Franken. He’s a well-documented SEX OFFENDER and the most Republicans demand of him is that there be an “investigation”. An investigation that will likely take years to resolve and will amount to exactly nothing. No calls for his resignation coming from his political opponents. At most, I’ve seen ONE (ironically, Democrat) Senator calling for him to resign. Sen. Rebecca Otto (D-MN) called for him to resign, but she’s the only person I’ve seen call for it.

Moore has everyone in the Establishment calling for him to quit the race vs. one Dem senator calling for Franken to do the right thing.

President Trump hopes Congress will pass tax reform by the end of this year, and so far, I can see at least one Republican seemingly looking to do that.

Looking at Hatch’s voting record, he’s voted solidly conservative for a while now, even during the Obama era and especially during the Trump era. He’s voted to repeal Obamacare every time it’s come up this year. And seemingly, he’s looking to pass tax reform when that issue comes to the Senate.

I just wish every Republican pushed back against the Left like Hatch did. I wish every Republican would vote like Hatch has been.

Earlier, he said “if we worked together, we could pull this country out of every mess it is in.” And that’s right. If Republicans and Democrats worked together, they COULD do that. But Democrats don’t want that. Beyond that, enough Republicans don’t even want that.

When he said that, he meant working through bipartisanship. But that doesn’t even need to happen. Republicans own the majority in Congress. THEY DON’T HAVE TO WORK WITH DEMOCRATS TO PULL THIS COUNTRY OUT OF THESE MESSES! Messes, I’ll remind you, that were created by the Democrats.

If Republicans wanted to work together, Obamacare would’ve been repealed and replaced MONTHS ago, tax reform would’ve been taken care of and we’d be in a far better position to Make America Great Again than we are. Alas, the GOP doesn’t want to Make America Great Again. The Democrats certainly don’t want to Make America Great Again. They’re the REASON why we’re trying to Make America Great Again.

I don’t expect Senate Republicans to do the right thing and pass tax reform (I’m honestly hoping they’ll surprise me), but regardless of the result, I say “kudos” to Hatch for actually (though, not literally) showing that he does indeed have male genitalia.

Here’s hoping and praying the GOP doesn’t give me yet another reason to absolutely hate their guts.
