It’s no secret that just about everything the Left touches becomes rotten. We only need to look at Hollywood, San Francisco, Detroit, Chicago, New York and other Democrat-owned cities to see the culmination of decades of Leftist policy ruling over people. Cities that were once great visions of the American Dream torn down to fit the style of a socialist dystopia. But it’s not just cities that are negatively affected by the Left. It’s causes and organizations as well, including the NAACP, which once stood up for the cause of civil rights and is now nothing but a Democrat platform to send black people into electoral slavery. This past weekend, Rev. Clenard Childress Jr. slammed the NAACP’s support for abortion and Planned Parenthood, which they once were firmly against. Can’t say I blame him for these reasons:
And perhaps most importantly: Margaret Sanger, Hillary Clinton’s idol, was one of the most notorious racists and white supremacists the country has ever seen. She literally spoke to the women’s chapter of the KKK in New Jersey and wrote a letter to her friend Clarence Gamble that “we do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population and the minister (a black man working for Sanger) is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.” The very founder of Planned Parenthood was a notorious racist who sought to eradicate the black population, saw them as a “weed” to be uprooted, and employed Nazi sympathizers (Gamble and Lothrop Stoddard) who wanted to bring the Nazis’ eugenics program to the U.S. so that they, too, could rid the country of “undesirables”. In her words: “More children from the fit; less from the unfit – that is the chief issue of birth control.” And as we can see, her ideals are rooted in Darwin’s Natural Selection theory, where the strong dominate the weak. Knowing how horrendously racist and evil Sanger was (and this is without mentioning her proposed “parenthood” license), it’s frankly a wonder why anyone would support Planned Parenthood, especially an organization such as the NAACP, which is composed of the key demographic Sanger despised to the point of seeking ethnic cleansing that puts Hitler to shame. Well, it WOULD be a wonder if we didn’t know that Planned Parenthood, the Left and even Sanger herself were trying to deceive people. In her very letter to Gamble, she mentioned that they don’t want word of their true motives getting out. She herself knew that openly embracing ethnic cleansing through eugenics and abortion would not be a good thing and would only lead to her failure, which she considered unacceptable. This is why I blatantly attack the Left on the issue of abortion. They call it “healthcare” and “women’s liberation”. It’s nothing short of murder, having tallied up to 60.6 million deaths in the U.S. since 1973 (and this is only counting abortion after it became legal, not before) and up to 1.5 BILLION deaths worldwide since 1980 according to the website NumberOfAbortions.com, which takes its information from the Guttmacher Institute, a division of Planned Parenthood of America. It’s egregious that anyone would be supportive of this mass genocide. It’s entirely selfish to demand abortion in any way just because a woman does not want to take responsibility for a child and just wants to have fun screwing dudes left and right. If a woman does not want children, then don’t have sex. Wait until marriage, when you are in a better position to have a child. Now, I know the argument the Left will always fall back on: “What about rape?! If a woman is raped and gets pregnant from it, you really expect her to still have that child?!” Yes. Pregnancy from rape does not change the fact that abortion is murder. It’s a horrible thing that happens, and I would not wish this upon my worst enemy. And I wish we lived in a world where this does not happen and there is no fear of this ever happening. But killing your own child because you were forcefully and horribly impregnated is never justified. To women who are raped and subsequently impregnated when they did not want a child, I offer my sincerest apologies for what happened. But the child should not be the one to suffer as a consequence of the horrible act of sexual violence that occurred. A child in a womb is not a consequence; it’s not a disease to be rid of. It’s a wonderful life that’s just begun. It’s tremendous potential. I wonder how many of the aborted babies could have been the first woman President, or the first openly-gay President. How many of them could have gone on to find the cure for the different types of cancer or the cure for HIV/AIDS. How many of them could have gone on to establish peace in war-torn nations. How many of them could have been the next Billy Graham, Rush Limbaugh, Ronald Reagan. The next Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Kobe Bryant. The next Joe Montana, Tom Brady, Tim Tebow. Over 60 million deaths in the U.S. since Roe v Wade and 1.5 billion worldwide since 1980, that’s a lot of potential utterly wasted because of evil people who sought to eradicate certain populations of the world and intended for the government to control people’s lives to the point where they would need to have a license to have a child (and that’s for one child, too). Potential wasted because of ignorant people within the NAACP who think the systemic eradication of their own race is excusable. It’s not surprising for me to say that I want Roe v Wade overturned. Of course, that does not necessarily mean that abortion is made illegal. It means that individual states can decide what kind of abortion laws to have, either severely limiting them, eradicating them altogether or keeping them the same as they currently are. While abortion would not necessarily be done away with entirely, it would at least present the opportunity for even more people to be spared from the death camps called abortion clinics. It would mean more lives saved. But the fight would not just end there. To truly defeat abortion, it not only needs to be made entirely illegal, but the people also have to have a change of heart and mind. People who want abortion will always fight for it. Changing their hearts and minds is the only true way of defeating abortion. Unfortunately, I am not such an optimist that I believe it can happen. I am a realist. As such, I understand that, for as long as Man walks the Earth, there will be evil. Man is naturally evil, after all. And considering the events that are prophesied in the Book of Revelation, I doubt we will ever get to the point where all hearts and minds on Earth are changed to despise abortion. After all, such a change of heart would require the recognition of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Not everyone alive will be saved, so we will never see a world where abortion is truly defeated… well, let me rephrase that. We will never see our CURRENT world get to the point where abortion can and will be truly defeated. The new world described in the Book of Revelation made by the Lord, on the other hand… Revelation 21:1-4 “Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, ‘Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be His people and God Himself will be with them as their God. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.’”

The Democrat Party’s little rising star is back at it again showing her ignorance on national television, this time as a guest of Trevor Noah’s show “Daily Show”. On the show, Noah asked the fair question of how we are going to pay for her agenda, particularly healthcare for all. Ocasio-Cortez then showed her unending ignorance in a few ways: not understanding basic math, not doing basic research and confusing a department’s entire budget with a budget increase. The conversation focuses on healthcare for all, so we’ll be focusing on that as well. But I would like to point out that that’s the only agenda item we’re talking about here and not the other ones. The reason for me pointing this out will become clear soon enough. First, Ocasio-Cortez brings up the Obama argument of people “paying their fair share” aka suffocating them with high taxes that will ruin us. “… one of the things we saw is, if people pay their fair share, if corporations and the ultra wealthy – for example, as Warren Buffett likes to say, if he pays as much as his secretary paid, 15 percent tax rate, if corporations paid – if we reverse the [GOP] tax bill, raised our corporate tax rate to 28 percent… if we do those two things and also close some of those loopholes, that’s $2 trillion right there. That’s 2 trillion dollars in ten years.” That sounds neat, doesn’t it? Taxing the hell out of those dirty rich people and their corporations, we can get 2 trillion dollars in ten years. Great! Except for the fact that fellow socialist Bernie Sanders estimates it would take $14 trillion over ten years to cover Medicare-for-All, and the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget estimates it would take double that of Sanders’ estimates (28 trillion) to cover it. So annihilating the 1% doesn’t even get us 10% of the way to fully affording this agenda item. And like I said earlier, this is just covering Medicare-for-All. If taxing the rich to the point of bankruptcy can’t get you 10% of the way to paying for Medicare-for-All, then you surely cannot afford any other item in the socialist agenda such as basic guaranteed income, welfare for the poor and illegal immigrants, free higher education and free housing. You’ll run out of money before anyone can be convinced of reelecting you (though with the Russian collusion story, the Left will go further and further towards eliminating elections altogether eventually if given the opportunity). But Ocasio-Cortez is not done showing her ignorance. She then talks about implementing a new tax: “If we get people to pay their fair share (at this point, it’s not their fair share, it’s highway robbery), that’s $2 trillion in ten years. Now if we implement a carbon tax on top of that, so that we can transition and financially incentivize people away from fossil fuels, if we implement a carbon tax – that’s an additional amount, a large amount of revenue that we can have.” She shows her ignorance in two different ways here: first, she doesn’t disclose even an estimated amount of extra revenue from the carbon tax. She has no idea how much it would be, but the likelihood is high that it doesn’t get close to the mugging of the rich that would take place with those high taxes. Second, even Ocasio-Cortez earlier estimated that “it’s going to take $3 trillion to $4 trillion to transition us to 100% renewable energy economy.” So it would take roughly double the amount you would get from essentially mugging the rich to even pay for renewable energy, which we don’t even have the technology to do, let alone the money. So then, you can’t even pay for Medicare-for-All in the least, even with that carbon tax. And this is ignoring the fact that, with a carbon tax, people will move away from fossil-fuels, which might sound nice if you’re a liberal, except for the fact that doing so would mean that you progressively get less and less revenue from the tax. It wouldn’t be a constant if people move away from fossil-fuels, so they can’t even get up to the original numbers of robbing the rich and taxing fossil-fuel usage. Finally, Ocasio-Cortez shows her ignorance by believing a department’s entire budget was actually a budget increase. “Then the last key, which is extremely important is reprioritization. Just last year we gave the military a $700 billion budget increase, which they didn't even ask for. They’re like ‘we don’t want another fighter jet!’ They’re like ‘don’t give us another nuclear bomb’, you know?” No, I don’t know. First of all, she clearly has not spent any time with military advisors. Show me someone from the military who does not want another “fighter jet” and I’ll show you a liar. Second of all, we did not give the military a $700 billion budget increase. That number is their entire BUDGET! The Department of Defense requested $639 billion for Fiscal Year 2018 and we gave them roughly $70 billion more than requested, meaning the increase was $70 billion, not 700. So she’s either lying about this or is too ignorant to realize that we can’t possibly afford to give the military that much more money on top of what they already have. Meaning she either wants to strip all of our defense budget from the military, rendering us a nation without a military, or someone’s gonna have the awkward job of telling her they can’t get nearly that much money pulled from the military. I’ll say this again, this is only to cover Medicare-for-All. From what we have seen, we can’t even get close to paying for 10% of it by taxing the ultra-wealthy and corporations. Even if you taxed 100% of what corporations made (which, of course, would lead to financial ruin and unemployment of Biblical proportions) you still couldn’t fully afford Medicare-for-All. Not that any of this matters to the Left. They don’t want to think too much about the details of how exactly they’re going to pay for stuff. They want to run on giving people free stuff! At the end of the day, the objective is not to actually give people free stuff. They don’t care about the people. They only want to get elected and to have control of this country. Of course, they will try to implement Medicare-for-All and all the other socialist policies, but when they come face to face with the reality that they can’t possibly afford all this stuff, they will blame the opposition (that’s what they were doing with the failure that is Obamacare) and fix nothing, only making things worse for everyone. This is what we see in Venezuela, North Korea, and other socialist countries. This is what we saw in the Soviet Union. What we will soon see in China and Europe. What we saw in Nazi Germany and Fascist Italy. Socialism, communism, is a pipe-dream for people who don’t understand reality. It costs too much to create, let alone maintain a socialist country. Without free trade and free market systems, wealth is not created. Establishing full-on communism would lead to a country in ruins, both fiscally and literally. Chaos would run amok. Violence is communism’s main export. It leads to ruin, disrepair and ultimately death. The death of countless people and an entire nation. The idea that anyone outside the world of politics would support this is ludicrous. I get why the Democrats are embracing this. They think it will lead them to power and perhaps ultimate power. Power similar to Maduro’s power in Venezuela, where he can run elections that there’s no chance he could possibly lose. They seek ultimate power. They seek to have the power of the God they claim not to believe in. But as mere imperfect humans, they cannot have it. That doesn’t mean they won’t try, however. And if they have to destroy the world to even TRY to achieve His power, they’ll do it. Heck, they’re doing it already, aren’t they? Regardless, this merely goes to show that socialism is mankind’s single worst idea ever. Ecclesiastes 12:14 “For God will bring every deed into judgment, with every secret thing, whether good or evil.” If you’re an objective journalist who honestly cares about the safety and prosperity of the United States of America, you would cover Trump’s recent successes in trade with the EU and North Korea’s dismantling of a key missile launching station. However, if you are a propagandist who does not care about good things happening in America in the least, you cover the nothingburger that is the Michael Cohen tapes and milk them dry. This is CNN, the most worthless name in news. On Wednesday, CNN ran a segment on their exclusive Cohen tapes. However, this segment was a good deal different from the others. While the other segments focus on the supposed “hush” money Trump instructed Cohen to pay to Karen McDougal, this segment focuses on one line of audio delivered by Trump. Now, if CNN is covering this, it must be important, right? It simply must be earth-shattering material that will surely drive people to vote Democrat this November, right? Actually, it’s just Trump politely asking for a Coke. I am not joking or making this up. The literal headline is: “Trump caught on tape: Get me a Coke, please.” Even for CNN standards, that’s pathetic. The segment’s description reads: “President Trump was caught on tape ordering a Coke. CNN’s Jeanne Moos reports on why that is so popular.” Don’t hold your breath, the reason it’s so “popular” is idiotic nonsense. The segment is simply meant to attack Trump, again, on his supposedly poor dietary habits and “drinking 12 Cokes a day”. What is remarkable, however, is that Moos calls this the “juiciest part of the Trump-Cohen tape”. If that is the juiciest part, then they really have nothing to attack Trump on. But since they couldn’t possibly report objectively over the good things Trump’s been doing this week alone, including negotiating a better trade deal to avoid a trade war with the EU and seeing the North Korea summit’s success with the dismantling of launch sites in the communist nation, they have to resort to literally attacking him over his polite request for a beverage. CNN filled this garbage, waste-of-time segment with comments from Twitter users also poking some fun at the comment, including a reworking of JFK’s famous “ask not what you country can do for you” speech (which today would be seen as the antithesis of the Democrat Party’s agenda) by saying: “Ask not what your country can do for you, ask – Get me a Coke, please.” It also shows some Twitter users actually baffled at the idea of Trump being nice to someone by adding “please”. That, really, is the saddest part of it all, because those people simply eat up the b.s. the MSM gives them in believing Trump is a monster 24/7 who will eat the children separated at the border. Here’s the video on CNN’s segment. The point I want to make here is that CNN were so beside themselves when they got an exclusive for releasing the Cohen tapes (and freely editing them if they want) that they realize they don’t have jack. The worst thing they have on him is something we already knew. Trump wasn’t the best guy around a decade or so ago (although comparing him to the freaks of Hollywood who fantasize about having sexual relations with children and the monsters who torment and rape/molest/abuse women for their leisure, you’d think Trump was a saint). But aside from stuff we already knew, there doesn’t seem to be anything earth-shattering in these tapes, at least in the ones they’ve released so far. And since they are desperate children who can’t wait to tear Trump a new one, one would reasonably believe they’ve already released the worst they could find. I have no doubt that they’ve already heard everything in those tapes. If they’re releasing the “hush” money portion first and then follow that up with a worthless segment about him politely asking for a Coke, then I seriously doubt they have the Holy Grail of dirt on Trump that will finally bring him down. Believe me, if they had something good on Trump from these tapes, they would have already released them. And chances are, given their ability to edit things to make them look and sound worse, they might even try doing that with something that is really nothing. I mean, they’re legitimately trying to hurt Trump with “Get me a Coke, please.” They will try anything, at this point, to hurt Trump. And since they are among the biggest purveyors of fake news, I wouldn’t be surprised if they continue fabricating scandals with these tapes, even if they really show absolutely nothing. Of course, they are more than welcome to try. 72% of Americans are already distrustful of the media. I want to see that number near the 100% mark and fabricating scandals like this is what can bring that number up. I mean, this really is low, even for CNN. And I don’t mean “below the belt” kind of low. I mean “these people are desperate for anything” low. This, for a news source that considers themselves to be the most “trusted” name in news, is quite pathetic. Not that that’s anything new, really. CNN is a factory of desperation at this point and have been for some time. I simply love it whenever the White House bans an unruly member of CNN’s WH correspondent’s team and CNN calls Trump a “fascist” for it. Or whenever Jim Acosta badgers Sarah Huckabee Sanders and she puts him in his place. It’s comedy gold, at this point. Sadly, this comedy comes at a cost: lack of objective journalism. It’s one thing to not like Trump. It’s another to make stuff up about him and refusing to cover things he does very well. If Obama had accomplished half of the things Trump has, especially in such a short time, the MSM would be praising him to the hills. I mean, they were already doing that when he was destroying the country on a daily basis, but still. They would be even more impressed and called him the inarguably best President of all time. But because they are fake news, they pretended everything was fine as Obama was setting the country ablaze and pretend we basically live in Nazi Germany despite the fact that we have not seen a more safe world, maybe ever, with a denuclearizing North Korea, a defeated ISIS, and a defunded Iran (though due to Obama’s treasonous acts, Iran may get a nuke at some point). And because they are fake news, they can’t come to grips with the reality that Trump has been doing an excellent job as POTUS. Proverbs 12:22 “Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but those who act faithfully are his delight.” There is a very good reason I have ceased calling people who work in the media, at least mainstream media, “journalists”. A journalist is someone who digs into issues, asks tough but fair questions, and looks for the objective truth. They can be wrong, but they were looking for truth. People who work in the mainstream media, in this day and age, don’t look for the truth. They look to fabricate it. So, when anyone from an MSM source writes an opinion piece about Trump that is neither overly critical of him nor overly supportive of him (I admit to doing the latter pretty much all of the time), it is seen as a breath of fresh air. Grady Means wrote such an article on the San Francisco Chronicle. Now, while it’s not CNN, the NYT and other major MSM sources, given this is coming from the city where the phrase “full of crap” is taken literally, it makes sense to make certain presumptions about this California-based news source. His article, titled “In defense of Trump’s foreign policy” notes the interesting way the POTUS goes about dealing with other nations in comparison to his predecessors (particularly Obama) and what results such dealings bring about to the security of not just the United States, but perhaps even the rest of the world. In his second paragraph, he makes it known that he is not an apologist for Trump; that he did not vote for Trump nor Hillary. He notes: “I didn’t and still don’t think he has a firm grasp of history and global issues, and so I have no dog in this fight…” So it is clear that Grady is not exactly a Trump supporter, but he is not a Leftist whacko either and can recognize good work when he sees it, even if it derives from questionably confusing tactics. Grady writes: “As opposed to his immediate predecessors, he has not gotten us into a huge catastrophe in Iraq (in fact, he has not gotten us into any big shooting war). He has not gone on an embarrassing global apology tour to autocratic Muslim countries who treat women like dirt. He has not telegraphed our moves in Afghanistan and Iraq, emboldening our enemy and leading to loss of American lives. And, for the moment, he has stopped nuclear and missile expansion in North Korea as opposed to Presidents Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, and Barack Obama, who all claimed to have stopped North Korea’s nuclear program. Not to ‘conflate’, but he is way ahead of his more articulate predecessors on many counts – the ones that actually count.” Clearly, we can see Grady had some issues with the way Obama particularly dealt with foreign policy. That paragraph leads me to believe he is not a Leftist, seeing as pretty much all Leftists saw Obama’s apology tour not as embarrassing or degrading but as justice for decades of “stealing” and “cheating” from other countries. Then, Grady makes the point that he is not entirely certain what Trump is thinking most of the time. “So what is Trump’s foreign policy? It appears to have something to do with positioning and making deals, although we would need to use IBM’s Watson computer running a million variations of game theory to fully understand his logic and approach. But that does not make it wrong. It just makes it confusing.” He then details the way Trump treats Putin and Xi Jinping, the leaders of America’s two most notable enemies. He, in person, flatters them to no end and strokes their egos, calling them “good guys” and saying he trusts them in front of cameras. Part of the reason the Left believes Trump is a traitor or a Russian spy is due to how he treats Putin and Xi Jinping in person. But they always leave out what Trump does in his policy, which is actually against the interests of Russia and China. Grady notes that Trump’s actions seemingly contradict his personal words of flattery for the rival nations. One moment, Trump is stroking their egos, and the next, “he dramatically expands the defense budget (aimed at China and Russia), takes the advice of the command leadership to streamline military response and effectiveness, moves a good portion of the Pacific fleet to the coast of China and North Korea, and directly challenges China over the islands in the South China Sea. He TWICE draws a red line on chemical weapons in Syria and enforces it (as opposed to his feckless predecessor) with cruise missile attacks, and then attacks and kills Syrian and Russian forces committing genocide. He provides lethal weapons to Ukraine to fight Russians, creates a better balance between the Shiite and Sunni forces in the Middle East, re-strengthens our alliance with Israel, starts a mini trade skirmish with China to force a needed discussion on intellectual property theft that his predecessors were afraid to have, refocuses foreign policy on Asia and firms up the alliance with Japan.” Grady goes on and on, listing off Trump’s foreign policy achievements such as expanding our energy resources by dealing with Saudi Arabia, “kicking NATO and EU leadership (which led his predecessors around by the nose) in the rear for their historically cynical and mercantilist policies, expands NATO funding and strengthens it significantly,” strengthening our cyberwarfare systems and strengthening the U.S. economy, which is a crucial factor in any dealings, with the strengthening of the value of the dollar. Then, Grady openly admits: “I have no idea what the guy is thinking.” That’s fine, but I would like to try my hand at explaining the Don’s logic. I think Trump, above other things, wants to remain unpredictable. Creating confusion is a part of remaining unpredictable. What I believe he intends to do is to make a deal every single time he meets with someone. He’s not going to meet with world leaders just to get a photo-op. His mission is to make a deal with them. Granted, that’s what world leaders tend to do anyway, but given that he wrote the book on making deals, he sees it as his number one priority above all else for the duration of the meeting. And in these meetings, as I have said in his defense of the Helsinki meeting, he does not want to antagonize the opposing party. He would do the same with the Democrats if they were not so stuck up as to deny to give him anything he wants and then whine when he does things they don’t like. When he meets actual world leaders, he looks to make a deal because he feels that he really can. Frankly, we’ve seen everyone from Emmanuel Macron to Vladimir Putin to even Kim Jong-un be friendlier with Trump than the Democrats have. The way Trump thinks is this: “I can be your best friend or your worst enemy”. In personal meetings, he does his best to be friendly unless he is attacked for no reason. He meets with our supposed “allies” in NATO and the EU and treats them the same way they have been treating us for ages: poorly. Then, he goes to our enemies and treats them nicely. He is sending our “allies” a message that he can find other allies apart from them. That he can befriend others and treat them well. That they have not been fair with the U.S. and he’s not taking crap from them. He could easily be Europe’s greatest ally if they were making fair deals with us. And at the end of the day, Trump, knowing that Russia and China are still our greatest rivals, enacts policy and actions that go against their best interests. That still stand up for American interests and for world interests. It may be confusing, considering we likely have not seen any other President before him deal with foreign powers, enemies and allies alike, in the way that he does (I say likely because I can only realistically compare Trump to Obama and don’t know how the previous Presidents after our period of isolationism dealt with foreign powers). However confusing it may be, it’s working like a charm. Iran, despite their threats and being “unimpressed” with Trump’s all-caps tweet against them, is crumbling with their currency imploding on them and their people visibly ticked off at the leadership. North Korea has recently been dismantling key launching facilities because of the June 12 summit. ISIS has been almost entirely wiped out, with no large terrorist attacks having occurred in America since Halloween of last year (there have been some smaller ones, but nothing ISIS can claim responsibility for). So with all of these major threats to our nation either being destroyed (ISIS), denuclearized or defunded and on the brink of collapse, even Grady has to admit: “… I feel a lot safer today than I did under his past predecessors.” In the span of less than two years, Donald Trump has destroyed the “JV” team, reached a deal to get North Korea to denuclearize and stopped funding the terror-sponsor that is Iran’s nuclear capabilities (though I fear Obama has done too much damage here). Our biggest foreign threats, at this point, are horrendous tariffs from other nations imposed on American products, but that is being taken care of with a trade war that we are in prime position of winning, given our strong and improving economy. Grady’s article overall is a breath of fresh air regarding coverage of Trump. Usually, people are either overly critical of him (on both sides, for some reason) or overly supportive of him (I do this largely because he does a lot of great things for this country that heavily outweigh any “character flaws” he may have and sins of the past such as Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal). It is hard to find honest coverage of a sitting President, especially in today’s world of rhetoric and narrative over objective truth. Proverbs 2:9 “Then you will understand righteousness and justice and equity, every good path;” In the age of Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez being the most popular politicians on the Left, people tend to believe that socialism is on the rise in America and it’s only a matter of time until it is fully implemented and everyone is living in a utopia with their own unicorn that poops ice cream. PragerU believes there is some trend towards favoring open socialism and made a video about it. PragerU’s Will Witt went to a local park (video doesn’t say where exactly) to ask random people about their views on socialism. Their answers were as funny as they were honestly sad. The first question Witt asks is: “Should we have more socialism in America?” The guy being asked replied with a certain: “Yeah, definitely.” The second person being asked that question replied with: “I think we already have an element of socialism already, but I believe in the tenets of socialism and yes, I think we should have more.” The third replied with: “I mean… ideally. It sounds like a great idea.” My personal favorite was a dunderhead who said: “It’s one of the options we haven’t really tried yet and what we have been trying clearly isn’t working.” I will return to this ignoramus momentarily. Now, despite all the people saying we should have socialism (can you believe they all look no older than 28?), there was one woman who said she did not like socialism... she was from Russia. When asked “What do you think about socialism?”, the woman replied: “I don’t believe [in] socialism.” Gee, a relatively older woman (I would say early to mid-40s) from Russia does not like socialism? It’s almost like she actually knows what it is and how destructive it is. Witt then asked this next question to other people: “Why do you think young people like socialism so much?” Interestingly enough, he asked this question to a couple of millennial-looking people. They replied: “free stuff.” The video then cuts to another funny ignorant millennial, with Witt asking him: “Where have you seen socialism work in the world?” Any person with half a brain can tell you it has not worked anywhere at any time in the world, but this guy has interesting ideas: “You see, even like in Europe like France and… at least they have like socialist parties as well as Latin America like Bolivia, Venezuela.” Don’t worry, I will get back to these dumb answers once I finish covering the video. Yet another ignoramus, this time from the U.K., says that socialism hasn’t been working in the U.K. but not for the reasons you might expect. He blamed socialism not working in the U.K. on “rampant capitalism.” You can’t make this stuff up. When asked “should we have free education, higher education?”, people answered: “Yeah, hundred percent,” “I think we’re making something new here in the States and like it’s… we’re defining it and I don’t think people should be looking back at home. Maybe, you know, Russia failed in this way like Soviet, you know or whatever, you know. It’s a wholly different situation.” Thankfully, the video ends with the Russian woman blatantly saying she does not like socialism at all, so it ends on a good note. Now, let’s look back at some of the idiotic comments from people who clearly do not know what socialism is, what it does and how dangerous it is. Let’s begin with Mr. “what we have clearly isn’t working.” It’s not? Because the last time I checked, we’re the most powerful country in the world with the largest GDP per capita in the entire world, followed by ALL OF EUROPE COMBINED! Last time I checked, Soviet Russia tried communism (socialism) when they were the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) and what’s their current GDP? What? It’s no longer a country? Because communism is not sustainable, takes from people who can’t keep up with the government stealing from them and making it harder for them to make money, and such an economy implodes on itself? Well, surely that’s a one-time thing! It’s working so well with China! You’re telling me they implement somewhat capitalistic economic policies such as free trade, otherwise their economy would also collapse? Huh. You see, here’s the thing about socialism: it’s a doctrine of laziness that utterly destroys societies. You wanna take a look at the U.K.? It’s in disrepair because of its socialist prime minister allowing literal boatloads of “refugees” into the country who fully intend to shove Sharia Law down people’s throats. London’s a den of murderers and thieves, where stabbing people is more of a hobby, and where reporting on Islamic pedophilia will get you in more trouble than the actual Islamic pedophilia. Where freedom of speech exists only for those who approve of the government and its agenda. And Venezuela? You want to tell me that “s**thole” is fine because of socialism? Have you not seen the COUNTLESS stories about food supply being so low that people have resorted to eating THEIR OWN PETS? A country where you’re more likely to find El Chupacabra than brand-name bread at a supermarket. As President Donald Trump has said: “The problem in Venezuela is not that socialism has been poorly implemented but that socialism has been faithfully implemented.” The same can be said for ANY socialist country. They fail not because they don’t implement socialism correctly. They fail because socialism HAS been implemented correctly. Socialism does not work and there are no examples in the HISTORY of Earth in which it has worked. This is important to understand, particularly for the ignorant millennial who said that “it’s a wholly different situation” from the Soviet Union. It’s not. Socialism is no different in Venezuela than it is in China. The individual policies may be different, but the concept is still the same garbage. Socialism is responsible for well over one hundred million deaths since its conception, and counting. Not only does it make life hard for anyone who is not rich, it frankly KILLS people. The government has the right to imprison and execute anyone they see publicly disagreeing with them or speaking things that they do not like, under socialism. And it’s not just people who disagree with socialism that get killed under socialism. Even if you do agree with every aspect and tenet of socialism, it will still kill you. As I mentioned, Venezuela is in a horrible food shortage. The people are starving while their president pretends to have defeated people in an election he ensured he would win. In North Korea, things are honestly worse, with people being sent to prison for not properly dusting a portrait of a long-dead leader. Tell me, if socialism is so good, then why the heck are people so desperate to flee from it? Why are people trying to come to the U.S. if capitalism is the worst thing ever? Why are people NOT fleeing capitalist America in search for socialism elsewhere? Capitalism is what built this country and has made it great for two and a half centuries. Socialism is what destroys capitalist countries. What’s so hard to understand about that? There is no life in socialism, only death. Whether you like socialism or not, it will destroy your livelihood and ultimately kill you unless you are a part of the government or the 1%. Yes, you heard that right. For as much as the Left seemingly hates the 1%, it is them who suffer the least (even benefit from socialism under the right circumstance). Everyone else is equally poor and miserable. That’s all socialism brings to the table: death and despair. Thankfully, I believe a large portion of Americans understand this concept. Frankly, it’s honestly worrying that less than 100% understand what socialism is and how terrible it is. The only people in America who should not know what socialism is are kids who are not old enough to pay attention to the world around them yet and prefer to spend their time playing with their toys. Toddlers should be the only people in America who don’t understand how terrible socialism is. And yet, we seem to have toddlers running for Congress, as well as toddlers already in Congress. It’s imperative that people understand how terrible socialism is. The old adage of “those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it” is true. History has shown us that socialism is terrible and does not work. And yet, there are people who don’t know or accept this clear-as-day fact. I laugh whenever I see some idiot claiming we should “abolish profits” and have “basic income” for all. But the problem is that these people legitimately believe in these things and that they can actually be implemented and WORK. Those people have no idea what reality is. They don’t care to think about it too much, because if they honestly thought about it for more than 10 seconds, they would realize that it’s a stupid idea that would never work. They just say it because the idea sounds nice. Everyone having everything they could ever need in life? It sounds nice and heavenly. But that’s because it only works in heaven. In the real world, something can’t come from nothing. If you do nothing, nothing will happen. If people have no incentive to work, they won’t. That’s what basic income would create: lack of incentive to work. The problem is that there is no way to pay for it, at least for long. Sure, you could steal from the rich, but they will quickly run out of money themselves. If no one works, even the rich don’t make any money because their companies would almost immediately collapse. If the government forces the rich to pay for everything, the rich, without a steady and bountiful source of income to cover for everyone’s expenses, will quickly run out of money. Then where do you get the money to pay for everything? The government? Where do you think the government’s money comes from? See? It’s a never-ending cycle of laziness that quickly devolves into self-destruction of an entire society. And this only covers basic income. Imagine also going with universal healthcare that universally screws people over. Imagine abolishing ICE so that illegal immigration runs rampant. Imagine abolishing prisons so no one who commits a crime will ever have to pay for it. If people don’t realize that this all leads to utter chaos on the NATIONAL scale, I have little hope for those people. Again, thankfully, these people are not the majority. We just have to pray to the Lord that they never will be the majority and that the U.S. will be spared from the plague that is socialism which infests every other country that thinks it’s a good idea. 2 Thessalonians 3:3 “But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one.” About a week ago, when the President held a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Helsinki, a lot of people were conflicted with it. Unsurprisingly, most Leftists did not like his meeting, but even some Republicans thought it was not a good meeting between the two superpowers’ leaders. However, despite what people might have said or think of him, his approval ratings after the meeting actually went UP. This is according to at least two polls: Rasmussen and NBC/WSJ polls. The Rasmussen poll has Trump back up at 46% and the NBC/WSJ poll has him at the poll’s all-time high of 45%, with 88% of Republicans approving Trump’s overall job (even despite only 53% of Republicans approving of his meeting with Putin). The NBC/WSJ poll believes the reason for these good numbers, despite what the narrative has been about him, is his handling of the economy. According to the poll, 50% of Americans approve of his handling of the economy. And it even found that Democrats lead by 6 points on the question of who poll-takers believe should be in charge of Congress this November. That’s down from 10 points in June and 7 points in April. Now, since the Helsinki meeting, the general ballot poll has Democrats widening the gap with Republicans from 3 points to 7.4, according to RealClearPolitics. However, I remain relatively skeptical about all of this. That generic ballot has had Democrats leading Republicans for ages since Trump’s election. With how popular Trump is, even in a mainstream media poll such as NBC’s, not to mention how much of a great job he actually is doing in terms of the economy, foreign policy, immigration and the tax cuts being a big accomplishment, one would reasonably expect Republicans having an actual lead in the ballots. Now, I’m not saying public opinion of certain things that the media comes up with doesn’t apply. There are times when, for whatever reason, people side with the fake news media and establishment rather than truth. The Helsinki meeting was such a time, given that it revived the long-since dead Russian collusion narrative, at least for a while. But these polls tell us something important: Trump has the edge over the fake news media. This is nothing new to us, but it is important to point out. The media believes they are the kings of America. In their minds, what they say is what the American people believe and the American people believe what they say. This is 180 degrees backwards. If that were the case, the Left would have already succeeded in their efforts of impeaching Trump within his first 6 months in office. We are now a year and a half into his presidency and he is GAINING popularity, not losing it. Again, this is not surprising. As I have said in the past, 72% of people in America are distrustful of the fake news media. Such distrust correlates to Trump’s high approval ratings. Nothing the media says can hurt Trump. Not even b.s. narrative like Trump “betraying” America in Helsinki. We the People are sick and tired of the b.s. coming from the fake news media and it shows. It shows both in that Axios poll and the Rasmussen, Gallup, NBC/WSJ polls regarding his approval rating. With the Helsinki meeting, it’s important to note what the Left is: loud, but not a majority. Last week, with all the controversy surrounding the meeting and everyone, including even some so-called conservatives attacking Trump for it (though not everyone, obviously), it felt as though the entire world was against Trump. That’s precisely what the Left’s goal is. To make it APPEAR as though everyone disapproves of Trump’s handling of Putin in Helsinki. To make it seem as though this is his biggest controversial moment and that everyone is fed up with Donald Trump as President. To make it seem as though there isn’t a shadow of a doubt that Democrats will reclaim control of Congress in November. As always, it’s nothing but fake news. True, a lot of people even on our side were irked by Trump’s meeting with Putin, but that’s not nearly enough for people to decide to elect people that will 100% vote to impeach him given the chance. As the polls indicate, MORE people now approve of Trump than previously, especially in the NBC/WSJ poll. Now, here’s the thing about MSM polls: it’s ok to distrust them. Considering the fact that the MSM absolutely hates Trump, it wouldn’t be surprising to see low numbers for Trump. After all, that’s what we saw in the beginning of his presidency. Of course, I completely accept the fact that there were more people who did not like Trump back then. He was new, had not done anything substantial and the things he had been doing were not quite ready to show how good they were. He had been creating jobs and slashing regulations, but the fruits of that labor had yet to bear. But I never believed a single poll that had him in the low to mid-thirties, even high twenties. If his numbers actually were that bad, he would never have been elected POTUS. Now, you could reasonably ask “so then why are you trusting these MSM numbers now?” A couple of reasons: First, they correlate with Rasmussen and Gallup polls, both of which are highly trustworthy. Second, they show a picture the Left does not like. By this point, Trump is at least as popular as OBAMA was at this point in his own presidency, if not more popular. These unhinged beasts on the Left would never DARE believe Trump is anywhere near as popular as Obama ever was. So for these MSM polls to show such high approval ratings for Trump, it’s truly noteworthy. Finally, I personally believe his numbers are higher than what these polls show. Now, I don’t have any numbers to share, have not ran any sort of poll and cannot say this as a matter of fact. But the reason I mention this as a point is that, with the state of the country as it is today, I believe more people than are showed approve of Trump. Why do I say this? Just look at the unhinged nature of the Left, in the candidates they back, the policy they support and the people that back these insane things. Look at Ocasio-Cortez, Keith Ellison, Kristen Gillibrand, Elizabeth Warren, etc. Look at their desire to attack and destroy ICE and everything that makes America America. Look at every time some unhinged snowflake decides to pretend they have male genitalia and attacks a Trump supporter, at least in the stealing and vandalizing of a MAGA hat. This wave of insanity is not because Trump is failing or doing a poor job. It’s because he’s SUCCEEDING at implementing everything that is good for America and he’s SUCCEEDING at people getting on board with it. This push-back isn’t a demonstration of Trump’s lack of success but a demonstration of a desperate Left witnessing their own demise due to a successful President. The Democrats aren’t pushing for socialists like Ocasio-Cortez as hard as they are because they think Trump is a failure. They’re doing it because of the exact opposite reason. He’s succeeding. He knows this and they know it too. So, they believe they need to counteract Trump. They believe they must fight fire with fire, or in this case, capitalism with socialism. They aren’t going hard-Left because Trump isn’t succeeding. They’re doing it precisely because he IS succeeding. The ironic thing is that, in this push for socialism, they’re losing more and more of their own. They already lost a significant amount during the 2016 election. As I said, there were a lot of former Democrats who decided to vote for Trump because they were disillusioned with Obama’s America and correctly believed Hillary would be more of the same. And now, after about a year and a half of Trump’s presidency, we are seeing the Walk Away movement. Of course, it’s not in the mainstream media because that would go against their narrative that a blue wave is inevitable. But it’s happening and it will have dire consequences for Democrats in the near future. The Helsinki meeting was supposed to be an opportunity for the Democrats to tear into Trump’s approval numbers, force them to go down, and encourage people to vote Democrat this November. And while it may have gotten SOME people to fall for it, it’s nowhere near enough, if even despite the subjectively “bad” meeting, Trump comes out of it with MORE support than before, not less. Make no mistake, this particular poll at this particular point in time is noteworthy. It shows the failure of the media to stir up b.s. against Trump and in favor of Democrats. Scoreboard: Trump: 128,254,116; MSM: 0. Isaiah 54:17 “No weapon that is fashioned against you shall succeed, and you shall confute every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord and their vindication from me, declares the Lord.” Amidst all the “controversy” surrounding President Trump’s meeting with Putin, White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders commented about a reported deal made between the President and Putin about sending a former Russian ambassador to Moscow for “questioning” regarding a financial scam that took place in Russia. Despite the fact that we will not actually be sending anyone to Russia for “questioning” as that would be the equivalent to a death sentence, the world’s most notorious loser Hillary Clinton reacted to the possibility of sending someone to Russia in a disgusting and highly-hypocritical way. She tweeted: “Ambassador McFaul is a patriot who has spent his career standing up for America. To see the White House even hesitate to defend a diplomat is deeply disturbing.” Yep. You read that right. Hillary Clinton attacked the White House for possibly “hesitating” to defend a diplomat. This is grade-A stupidity and hypocrisy. This is an utter lack of self-awareness. And this, among many other things, is why we must thank God that she is not President. How can the woman who was Secretary of State at the time of BENGHAZI possibly attack anyone within the White House for supposedly “hesitating” in defending a diplomat? Now, unsurprisingly, this caught a lot of people’s attention, specifically, from a former Special Forces officer who was a surviving member of a six-man security team that was given the “stand down” order from the CIA after receiving distress calls from the embassy in Benghazi. Kris Paronto reacted the same way anyone in his position might have. “Are you f’n kidding me, Hillary Clinton?!!! You left Ambassador Stevens and us to die in Benghazi then spewed lie after lie to the family members of my dead teammates and to the world to cover it up and now you have the nerve to talk about defending diplomats?! You are disgusting!” Frankly, I think he was sugarcoating things. The amount of disgust you get from reading that tweet from that nasty woman is almost enough to make you puke. To think this woman even came close to becoming President is unthinkable. But this perfectly describes the Left today. Highly-hypocritical and completely lacking in self-awareness of their own actions and words. And if you remember, it’s not just that the White House “hesitated” in Benghazi. They flat out DENIED Ambassador Stevens and three other Americans the help they needed and honestly could have gotten if it weren’t for Obama and Hillary. Former Deputy Chief of Missions for Lybia noted the Benghazi attacks four years later. This is what he said: “The Benghazi Committee’s report graphically illustrates the magnitude of [Secretary Clinton’s] failure. It states that during August 2012, the State Department reduced the number of U.S. security personnel assigned to the Embassy in Tripoli from 34 (1.5 security officers per diplomat) to 6 (1 security officer per 4.5 diplomats), despite a rapidly deteriorating security situation in both Tripoli and Benghazi. Thus, according to the Report, ‘there were no surplus security agents’ to travel to Benghazi with Amb. Stevens ‘without leaving the Embassy in Tripoli at severe risk.’” “Had Ambassador Stevens’ July 2012 request for 13 additional American security personnel (either military or State Department) been approved rather than rejected by Clinton appointee Under Secretary of State for Management Pat Kennedy, they would have traveled to Benghazi with the ambassador, and the Sept. 11 attack might have been thwarted.” In other words, Ambassador Stevens was essentially marked for death by Obama and Hillary with the reduced security personnel in Tripoli and the denying of the Ambassador’s request for extra security personnel. And even knowing all of this, Hillary Clinton has the audacity to attack the White House for possibly “hesitating” about defending a U.S. diplomat? I have no words to describe this other than utterly disgusting. Even the State Department’s Accountability Review Board reviewed the incident in a report, saying: “The number of Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS) security staff in Benghazi on the day of the attack and in the months and weeks leading up to it was inadequate, despite repeated requests from Special Mission Benghazi and Embassy Tripoli for additional staffing. Board members found a pervasive realization among personnel who served in Benghazi that the Special Mission was not a high priority for Washington when it came to security-related requests, especially those relating to staffing. The insufficient Special Mission security platform was at variance with the appropriate Overseas Security Policy Board (OSPB) standards with respect to perimeter and interior security. Benghazi was also severely under-resourced with regard to certain needed security equipment, although DS funded and installed in 2012 a number of physical security upgrades.” Altogether, hypocrisy runs deep within the Left. Just last week, Obama spoke at the 2018 Nelson Mandela Annual Lecture in Johannesburg, South Africa, where he actually said: “Too much of politics today seems to reject the concept of objective truth. People just make stuff up.” Kinda like “If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor” or “the incident in Benghazi was because of a video” that no one ever actually saw. That kind of rejection of the concept of objective truth, right? This is what the Left is. Liars, hypocrites, people with absolutely no self-awareness in the least. It’s hard to believe that that communist compulsive liar was ever elected once, let alone TWICE (then again, he had extremely weak competition). And it’s even hard to believe Hillary Clinton came as close to winning as she did. Forget the fact that she did cheat to become the Democrat nominee and did try to cheat to get to the White House. How can anyone who considers him or herself to be sane or someone with a soul ever support someone of her caliber? It simply makes no sense, but hey, that also perfectly summarizes the Left, doesn’t it? Either way, that particular tweet serves as a fantastic reminder of why the country adamantly rejected her and why we must thank the good Lord for keeping her out of power. Knowing her, she would have already sold us to China if she were POTUS. Romans 8:28 “And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to His purpose.” Recently, it seems as though a firestorm has been occurring in the country and seems as though most of America thought Trump did a poor or horrendous job in Helsinki some days ago in a meeting with Putin. However, as usual, that seeming outrage across the country is anything but. A new Axios/Survey Monkey poll (not necessarily an MSM source, but they are Millennials) shows that, of 2,100 total adults surveyed, 58% disapproved of “the way Trump handled his press conference with Putin”, with 40% approving. Yes, that is a massive gap, but here’s the thing: 79% of Republicans say they APPROVED of Trump’s handling of Putin while 91% of Democrats and 68% of Independents disapproved. When it comes to Democrats, if it involves Trump unless he’s not specifically mentioned, they disapprove of his job. The Independent number is the only one that is remotely concerning, but not for the long-term, as this will easily blow over in a week or so and the country will get back to focusing on great jobs numbers, the booming economy, and all the other things that make the touted Blue Wave evaporate into mist. The poll then goes on to talk about Russia in general, as well as Russian interference. “Americans are split on whether the allegations of Russian interference are a serious issue (50%) or a distraction (47%). This breaks cleanly along party lines, with 85 percent of Republicans seeing it as a distraction and 85 percent of Democrats seeing it as a serious issue. Among Independents, 56 percent see it as a serious issue.” As I sometimes do, I myself shall answer this poll question. I align myself with the 85% of Republicans who see this is as a distraction. Why? Because that’s precisely what it is. That’s precisely what the Mueller investigation is: a distraction. A distraction from the collusion that happened between the Clinton campaign and Obama DOJ. A distraction from the fact that there WAS collusion in the elections between a major political party and what was supposed to be an unbiased branch of government to rig an election in favor of Hillary Clinton. A distraction from the fact that there was more illegal immigrant interference in the election than Russian interference. That there were more votes for Hillary than were counted in Michigan. That there was voter fraud taking place wherever the Left saw fit to do it without getting caught. Regardless, Axios continues: “More than half of Americans (55%) don’t trust the Trump administration to take steps to prevent foreign interference in November’s midterms.” Of course, I would say that I do trust the Trump administration to ensure this. What I don’t trust is the Democrats taking steps from preventing illegal immigrant foreign interference in November’s midterms, particularly in San Francisco. Now, the interesting thing is that Gallup also had a poll recently (granted, taken before the July 16 press conference) which shows statistically no one cares about the “Situation with Russia”. In the poll, when asked “what do you think is the most important problem facing this country today?”, people responded with illegal immigration, dissatisfaction with the government, racism, unifying the country and lack of respect for others as the top 5. The topic “Situation with Russia” received an asterisk next to it, signifying that not enough poll-takers chose that answer to statistically determine its importance. Now, again, this was before the press conference, but considering everything else going on right now, as well as the fact that it’s mostly the media, the deep state and a slew of Never Trumpers who are against Trump on this, I would say that perhaps there would be a shift of 2 or 3% of people caring. The media, as I’ve shared before, is largely untrusted and the deep state and Never Trumpers have always had it out for Trump, so it’s not surprising. With all of this said, I don’t blame anyone for believing Trump is not strong with Putin. Without the evidence to show us that he is, anyone can believe that Trump is dealing with Putin in the same way that Obama and George W. Bush did. However, it is always important to know the facts. Breitbart News provides a list of 7 ways Trump has been tough on Russia since his presidency began. First, they mention the sanctions made against Russia. “The Trump administration imposed several rounds of tough sanctions against Russian individuals and entities over the past two years. The sanctions announced in March and June of 2018 were explicitly in response to Russian cyberwarfare, which somewhat perplexed media organizations comfortable with the storyline that Trump does not care about hackers and had to be restrained by Congress from lifting every sanction against Russia.” “Quite a few of the persons and operations targeted by Trump administration sanctions were directly linked to the 2016 ‘election meddling’ case. Others were sanctioned over Russia’s actions in Ukraine and Crimea, and for helping Iran and North Korea evade sanctions against them.” Then, the article notes Russian diplomats and intelligence officers being expelled from the country. “Another action Trump voiced reservations about but proceeded with anyway was the shuttering of the Russian consulate in Seattle in March, along with the expulsion of 60 Russian diplomatic personnel and intelligence officers.” The article also mentions cybersecurity, with the Trump administration banning the use of software from Kaspersky Labs, a Russian cybersecurity giant back in December of 2017; enforcing arms control violations, meaning the Trump administration punishing Russian companies for helping the Kremlin create a cruise missile that violates Cold War arms control treaties; selling weapons to Ukraine to help them combat Russian aggression; enforcing the “red line” in Syria with his strike against Bashar Assad as punishment for his use of chemical weapons against his own people; and finally, Trump approving pre-summit indictments of the 12 Russians charged against meddling in the 2016 election. Yes, the President was made aware of the charges before the summit, which isn’t really surprising, considering it’s his DOJ that is announcing the charges. Trust me, Trump doesn’t get to learn about this from “reading the newspaper” like a certain lying former commander-in-chief. The Breitbart article goes into more detail, but it’s clear that, regardless of what Trump actually says about some of these things, or even about Putin and Russia themselves, Trump is actually pretty tough on Russia in his deeds. At the end of the day, that is what ultimately matters. Results over rhetoric. And as I said before, I understand why Trump wants to appear like he’s buddy-buddy with Putin. He’s a deal-maker. He flatters people when he feels it’s necessary and is tough on people when actually necessary. So at the end of the day, I completely understand why Republicans largely approve of Trump’s handling of the press conference while Democrats and Independents largely disapproved. I’m not saying that all of the Republicans were well-informed on Trump’s actions against Russia, but that serves as one explanation for a good number of them. Not to mention that Trump is innumerably better than anything the Democrats or GOP Establishment offer in a presidential candidate. Proverbs 11:14 “Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in abundance of counselors there is safety.” Elizabeth Warren Tries To Course-Correct By Claiming She Is A Capitalist, But That May Cost Her7/19/2018 In the age of Ocasio-Cortez seemingly being the face of the Democrat Party, established Party members are being left behind and if they do not do something soon, they will lose their Party and it will ultimately disappear, as I have said in pervious articles. Here is where Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) comes in. Speaking to the New England Council during an event used to launch national campaigns, Warren said: “I am a capitalist to my bones.” This is interesting because we have been seeing a trend toward open admittance of socialism in the Democrat Party. For one of its members, particularly Warren of all people, who is as far from capitalist as Bernie Sanders, is truly interesting. Now, chances are that she will walk these comments back soon enough, but the fact remains that she is trying to position herself as at least more center-Left, ala Bill Clinton, than full-fledged Left. And this could be in response to the mere fact that people are walking away from the Democrat Party because they can no longer recognize it. Do not misunderstand, she is as socialist as she ever was, but at least she is trying to put the mask back on. The problem is that, once the monster is revealed behind the mask, putting the mask back on does not matter at all. In recent time, we’ve seen only escalation from the Democrat Party, not de-escalation. With people like Maxine Waters encouraging violence against Trump staffers and, subsequently, Trump supporters, people’s image of the Democrat Party has been deteriorating. Every time they call for either the impeachment of Donald Trump for the tiniest of things that trigger them, the American People see the Democrat Party as the socialist monsters that they are. And only now, after nearly TWO years of Trump’s presidency, are we seeing some form of course-correction from the Left. Make no mistake, it’s not that Warren actually wants to go back center-Left. It’s that she may want the Democrat Party, or at least herself, to APPEAR center-Left. Deception has been their greatest weapon against Republicans, but they have abandoned it trying to match Trump’s “extremism”. But before Trump came along, the Democrats were happy to appear centrist while applying socialist policies. Actually, that’s not entirely true. Bernie Sanders came out as an open socialist before Trump became President. And Obama accelerated the Party’s shift farther to the Left. But even still, people like Hillary Clinton were not quite ready to oust themselves as socialists, since socialism still has a negative connotation with most people. But the rise of Bernie’s popularity and the emergence of Trump as a “hard-Right” President, they felt compelled to unmask themselves and openly admit to their socialist ideologies (not necessarily all of them, but enough to make socialism the Party’s main ideology). However, despite their attempt at fighting strong capitalism with open socialism, Trump has not only remained popular with his base but has also GAINED popularity with approval numbers hitting the high 40s and low 50s on a good day. Not only has he become more and more popular, but he’s also succeeded in many, MANY things he wanted to accomplish in his agenda. And it’s only been A YEAR AND A HALF! Every attempt made against Trump has ultimately backfired on them and made them less popular. Sure, they’ve won a few elections here and there, most notably in Alabama, but their commitment to going completely bananas is and will backfire on them massively, particularly in a big election like the Midterms. The threatening “Blue Wave” the Left had been touting at the beginning of the year has all but dissipated, even after arguing against Trump’s Helsinki meeting. And even with Ocasio-Cortez’s success over the incumbent Democrat Joe Crowley, there is not much hope for the Left in the midterms. The turnout was pretty small for the fact that Ocasio-Cortez is the socialist leader for the Democrat Party now. Now, I know what you’re going to say. “It was just a primary election. They don’t usually get that much turnout.” I would agree with you if it weren’t for the fact that Ocasio-Cortez is a very open socialist in NEW YORK! If socialism is the Party’s future and people like Ocasio-Cortez are its future, you would think more people in her district would have been more excited to vote for her. According to the New York Post, of the 214,750 registered Democrat voters in Ocasio-Cortez’s district, only 27,744 voted. Ocasio-Cortez won by 4,000 votes. Only 13% of registered Democrats in the district turned out to vote. In another Democrat race, only 9% of registered Democrats turned out to vote. In contrast, a GOP primary in the 11th Congressional District turned out 18% of the vote. Again, THIS IS NEW YORK! People were not that excited for Ocasio-Cortez as a candidate in her PRIMARY! Of course, I fully expect more people to vote for her in the general election. That’s only logical. But there doesn’t seem to be too much excitement for her anyway. Let’s not forget that she seems to be like Hillary Clinton in that the more she speaks, the dumber she sounds, if her comments on Israel “invading” Palestine and low unemployment numbers being due to people having two jobs is anything to go by. Since this is the direction the Democrat Party seems to be going, people like Elizabeth Warren might just be smart enough to realize that such open socialist ideologies that will destroy the fabric of society might not be such a good idea. And so, she claims to be a capitalist, despite knowing full well that she is anything but. However, with such a claim comes backlash from her own supporters, with some on Twitter claiming to abandon their support for Warren after such comments (which is why I believe she will try to walk them back). She has been one of the most socialist Senators in Congress for a long time, so she will never receive support from Right-leaning Independents and Republicans. These claims will now cause a rift between her and her base, which is full of mind-numbed socialists all the same. The result? An unpopular Senator who has no one to support her anymore except a few centrist Democrats who somehow might believe her claims. But this is just talking about Warren. What about the rest of the Democrat Party? Well, I believe we are seeing a silent civil war. The young open socialists challenging the old establishment Democrats who know how to survive in politics. Again, Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer are smart enough to survive calls of stepping down. They will fight back against people like Ocasio-Cortez if they feel threatened by her, and I believe they do. Even Bernie Sanders, who seemingly has embraced the establishment since his endorsement of Clinton might be willing to fight back, given his willingness to not abolish ICE (don’t misunderstand, he simply wants to reform it, not protect it) and his doubling down on it. At this point, I think some of the establishment Democrats are beginning to realize that in order to help their Party survive, they cannot allow such wild calls for full-fledged socialism. As I said, make no mistake. That is precisely what they want, but they do not feel they can accomplish that just yet. They want socialism but can’t afford to call it that quite yet, at least not a lot. That is, in my mind, at least one explanation for Warren’s claims. Despite the fact that it’d be easier to prove she’s a Native American than a capitalist, the reasoning behind such a claim might be to help the Party survive, at least until Trump is out of the picture. Sometime in the near future, I expect the Party to go full-fledged openly socialist. But the Democrat Establishment is set in their ways and does not want to be replaced. They ensured that in the DNC primaries. They might ensure it here. The biggest and most significant difference is that Debbie Wasserman-Schultz is no longer the head of the DNC. Keith Ellison, the man PROMOTING Ocasio-Cortez, is. This is why I believe it might be a toss-up between the Party trying to centralize themselves at least in speech and the Party committing to its eventual self-destruction. Where do I, as a Christian, conservative and Trump supporter, stand? I’m not quite sure. I’m conflicted about all of this. On the one hand, I want to see the Democrat Party completely implode, but on the other, such a thing could lead to a one-party system of government. Even if that party is the GOP, I would not want a one-party system. Of course, nothing is ever quite so simple. There would be a lot of factors and variables in place that would have to be calculated to fully know whether the Democrat Party would completely collapse if they went full-on socialist. In my understanding, there are not enough people in America to want socialism, which is why I doubt they would ultimately win big elections, but I could be wrong. And in my understanding, even if they were to win elections and run the country, they would be so destructive that no one would ever want another socialist in power ever again, or at least for a few generations. I don’t say that the things socialist want would destroy the fabric of society for no reason. I have said multiple times and explained it thoroughly that the things they want would ultimately destroy society. They can’t realistically implement everything they want, but even what they can implement would cause havoc. The implementation of complete socialism would ultimately destroy society and the Democrat Party. And don’t tell me China is doing fine or even great because they have communism. Even they don’t implement complete communism. If they did, they would sink and bankrupt themselves within a decade. Now, as a Christian, I hope and pray that the Democrat Party sheds their socialist tendencies in favor of free market capitalism. Of course, I do not think the Lord will have them do that, but one can only hope. Matthew 5:44 “But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.” Earlier this week, President Trump held a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, in which members of the media and Democrat Party, for some reason, expected him to address the Russian meddling into U.S. elections following the indictment of 13 Russian entities by the Mueller investigation. (Now I understand the reason for bringing up these charges again: to cause the firestorm we’re seeing). And because he did not address the issue, even going so far as to say he trusts Putin more than U.S. intelligence, he is being attacked and berated by people on both sides of the aisle. The media is calling his meeting “disgraceful”, John Brennan is calling it “treason” and more than “high crimes and misdemeanors”, RINOs are joining the Left once again in attacking Trump and even conservative figures such as Ben Shapiro, Newt Gingrich, and others have said it was a disgraceful meeting. However, I see it entirely differently. Trump did what was best for his presidency in the long-term, even if it draws criticism and ire in the short-term. To even admit or give credence to the Mueller investigation means to give an inch to the opposition. That’s something you never do. If you give an inch to the Left, they will take a mile. If Trump mentions, at least on camera, to Putin that they meddled in the elections and will be punished for it, not only does that tick off Putin, which is not the aim of Trump, but it gives legitimacy to the insane witch-hunt. But there’s one thing that really needs to be said, regardless of your political leanings: while there was Russian ENTITIES meddling in the election, we have not seen any sort of Trump-Russia collusion, we have not seen Russia actually hacking anything (in regards to the DNC servers, it was Podesta’s fault for being stupid enough to fall for one of the most obvious scams on the internet), and we have not seen any vote, popular or electoral, be affected by this meddling. The outcome of the election was not affected by this case, as even Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein has said TWICE now. But Trump has absolutely no reason to back the same intelligence agencies that have worked and conspired to keep him out of office since his nomination, perhaps even longer. He has no reason to support traitors in the Deep State who literally make up dossiers of urinating hookers to destroy him. In my mind, the only thing he did wrong was saying he trusts Putin more than U.S. Intelligence. While the Intelligence community is not to be trusted, Putin is a dictatorial gangster who has literally killed his opposition. He runs sham elections and strongly intends to take back the now-sovereign nations who were once part of the Soviet Union. Putin would love nothing more than to see a destabilized America. The Deep State and the Left are in the same boat. The difference is that Putin goes as far as to kill and imprison his opposition on the regular. I’m not defending the Deep State by any means, but I would be naïve to say that Putin is any better. That being said, I understand why Trump said what he said. Trump is a negotiator. A deal-maker. You don’t make mutually-beneficial deals by antagonizing the other party. Trump was not going to publicly berate and try to embarrass Putin by calling out meddling that had nothing to do with the Kremlin, as far as we know, and that ultimately did nothing to change the outcome of the election. Trump is a man who tends to treat people the way he wants to be treated. Unless you publicly attack and berate him, Trump can be your absolute best and most loyal friend. Putin, so far, has treated Trump far, FAR better than people within OUR OWN GOVERNMENT have. As for the people that attack Trump for this, and I mean people who call themselves conservatives, I cannot honestly understand their rhetoric here. Take, for example, Daily Wire Editor-in-Chief Ben Shapiro. Even Ben has called this meeting “disgraceful”. What he calls disgraceful was Trump calling out U.S. Intelligence’s hand in the deterioration of U.S.-Russia relations and saying he supported Putin’s claim that he did not meddle in the elections, saying: “I have confidence in both parties.” Ben Shapiro responded by saying: “Both parties. One party being a murderous dictator, and the other the intelligence community that works for him.” He is only half right in this instance. Yes, Putin is a murderous dictator, as I have said earlier, but the intelligence community does not work for Trump. It’s SUPPOSED to work for him, but it doesn’t. If it did, it would not be working 24/7 to try to undermine and destroy him. And let’s not forget that it’s not just his own intelligence community that he’s talking about here. Do you know what Trump’s intelligence community is? Obama’s intelligence community. The same one that tried to keep Trump from becoming President. Again, why would he support a treasonous community like that? But do you really want to know what is interesting about all of this. Aside from people like Ben Shapiro and other conservatives, it seems that the Democrat and Republican Parties, as well as the media seem to care more about what Trump did or did not say instead of what PETER STRZOK, LISA PAGE, AND THE FBI TRIED TO DO IN THE ELECTIONS! People like Paul Ryan, Jeff Flake, John McCain, and other establishment RINOs are more outraged at this subjectively “bad” meeting than they were at Peter Strzok’s narcissistic cockiness in his House hearing. The guy threatened to “stop Trump”, refused to turn over crucial evidence for HIS OWN HEARING, worked in the Clinton email case and the Mueller investigation. But what did we hear from the GOP Establishment? Crickets. And now they say Trump was the disgraceful one? Thanks for reminding me how strongly I heavily dislike these people. Then again, it’s not really surprising. What was surprising was conservatives turning on Trump for this. No, I don’t like Putin either and no, I don’t consider him an ally to the U.S., but the U.S. Intelligence community has done EVERYTHING to make me dislike and distrust them. And Trump must think the same. Supporting the Intelligence community over another country does not make you a patriot if that intelligence community is as rotten and corrupt as it is. Heck, supporting the government altogether, regardless of who is in power, does not make you a patriot. Supporting your country does. Supporting your troops does. Supporting your fellow Americans does. This attack against Trump, at least from fellow conservatives, is simply asinine. Trump did what he thought was the best thing to do. Now, he has also backtracked on some things, particularly in regards to the intelligence agencies saying he has "full faith and support" in them and accepts their conclusions on Russian meddling in the election. However, the point remains that no one can honestly blame him for being distrustful of the intelligence communities. Like I said, trusting Putin over them is questionable, but the intelligence community has lost many people's trust in the past few years. You can't trust either. And let's not forget that the biggest part of all this comes from the DNC servers, which we do not know if Russians actually hacked them since the Democrat Party refused to turn the servers over to the FBI and the FBI was just fine with it. But with what Trump did, all that would really come of this is people being ticked off at him, as we've seen. The Left is always ticked off at him, so who cares about that? But even the conservatives who are ticked off at him will eventually let go of that anger because they are not emotionally-disturbed liberal crybabies. They know Trump has been a fantastic President so far and won’t push for impeachment if he ticks them off on occasion. But as for the Deep State and the media, they will always want to impeach Trump. The important thing to consider is that Republicans have to at least have some quasi-legitimate reason for it, which they so far do not have, even with today's backtracking of Trump's words. Like I said, we have not seen evidence suggesting a single vote was affected in the election and that's all the meddling we have actually seen. Otherwise, the DNC server hack is merely speculation from the Left, as is collusion and everything else. Overall, while his meeting with Putin was not something that I could say is groundbreaking or helps our relations with Russia all too much, I will say that it was not the apocalyptic and treasonous meeting people might say it is. Actually, I would say it was quite the opposite. I think it was a pretty good meeting. What with Putin and Trump both mocking the collusion narrative and Trump pointing back at the DNC’s servers, I would say it was not a bad meeting at all. But even if the meeting was just fine, I would not be willing to throw Trump under the bus for it. And I do not think he has a darn thing to apologize for, even if he is backtracking on certain things. The overall point is that the Intelligence community is not to be trusted in certain matters (not necessarily for absolutely everything). I don't blame Trump for wanting to backtrack on his trust of them. He should try to refocus the attention on the DNC server.. But the fact remains that the Intelligence community is rotten and corrupt and only marginally better than Putin when it comes to trustworthiness. 1 John 4:1 “Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world.” |
